Perfect for multiple families! Located just 3/10th of a mile from the ever popular Earle Road Beach or Grey Neck beach, in West Harwich. The “Seagull, ''Minnow”, and Sandpiper are three great summer rentals on one property. Always rented together.
This is a great spot to spend your summer vacation! Central air and cheerfully appointed in a tasteful Cape Cod manner. The ''Seagull'' unit features a beautiful lofted ceiling sun room with sliders to the patio area, comfortable living room, 2 bedrooms with one queen and a set of bunkbeds with a full on the bottom. Nice kitchen with dining area for six, 1 queen sleep sofa, gas grill, and outdoor shower.
The second unit, playfully known as the “Minnow”, is an attached studio suite consisting of one large room with a queen size bed, sitting area, bathroom and kitchenette. There is a mudroom entry, perfect for stashing beach bags and coolers for the beach, as well as bikes. You will love the new Clam Bar too! This is a newly built, out door, screened in dining room.
The ''Sandpiper'' is the third unit, perfect for a family of four.
The backyard is set up for grilling and relaxing after enjoying all Cape Cod has to offer for the day!
