I stayed at this beautiful Cape Cod style home last August 2024 and it was wonderful. The house was spacious and very clean. It had all the comforts of my own home. The owners supplied you with the beach equipment which was very grateful. The home is located not far from stores and beaches. Easy to find. Bike path in close proximity. Outside shower is lots of fun to take especially if you are covered in beach sand. Owners are easy to speak with and if you have any issues with your stay they would love to hear from you or if you really enjoyed your stay they also would love to hear from you. We had a great vacation! The property was clean, quiet, and very comfortable for our family. Enjoyed relaxing on the back deck very much. Excellent location, close to beaches and restaurants. We loved biking on the rail trail. Can't wait to do it again.

We just returned from our vacation, and staying here made it very enjoyable. Love the location, as we like staying in the Harwich area and it was convenient to all we do. Very quiet cul de sac.

The bike trail was conveniently located right across the street making those morning jogging runs or biking uncomplicated. Grocery store nearby making picking up needed items easy..

Home is immaculately clean, neat, tidy, and roomy. House was fresh, and not musty which happens sometimes in Cape homes. Beds were comfortable, and liked having queen bedroom on main floor. Bathrooms very clean, both have full tubs, not little shower stalls. Kitchen well stocked, everything you need. Having laundry off the kitchen was a bonus, and it was not stuck in a little nook, but roomy so doing laundry was not a hassle.

Outdoor shower very nice, and again, very clean.

The girls loved having breakfast on the deck, or hanging out there when not at the beach. We'd relax there in the late afternnoons prior to going to dinner. And speaking of beach, we frequent Red a River Beach which is a five minute drive from the house.

It was a pleasure to stay in this well cared for, neat, and clean home. Nice living room and dining area. Very nice bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, etc.

Home is very tidy and clutter free. Nice deck and outdoor shower. Quiet neighborhood. Great vacation, July 2017!

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this wonderful home. The house was very clean and comfortable and was in a great location for all the recreational activities we enjoy - hiking, biking, golfing, and going to the beach. The owners even provide board games and puzzles for renters to use - fun! Nancy was very responsive to my emails and questions. Our family would definitely rent this house again.

We booked this cozy cottage for a weekend getaway to celebrate my mom's 60th birthday. The house was clean, comfortable, and centrally located. The homeowner was very accessible and communicated well throughout the whole process. The house was obviously well cared for, clean, and well lit. I have to say the master bed was remarkably comfortable! All in all, I would gladly stay here again.

The owners were very easy to deal with and readily available when called with any question. This home was very clean and well decorated. Convenient to bike trail. Would rent again!
