We had a great stay at this house! Great location! Pictures and description of property extremely accurate! Everything you need for a great vacation is provided! Hosts very responsive!

We have been renting down the Cape for a few years now, and this was our favorite stay by far! The house was incredibly clean and organized - it felt homey but without clutter. The location couldn't have been better - easy walk to the beach (even for our two toddlers) and to Harwichport's cute Main Street. The driveway had space for 4-5 cars, the yard was well kept, they had beach chairs & boogie boards for use, and having the guest cottage was so helpful with visitors. Our only small complaint was that the guest house doesn't have A/C and the door to the twin bedroom does not shut; this was a problem for us as two young children stayed in that room and it made bed/nap time quite tricky. This was our first time in Harwich. We've been coming to Cape Cod for years- this was our 28th year- and always before stayed at the same place in Brewster. This year we needed more room so we found Liam and Kerry's rental in Harwich.

We loved it. It was a great location- a block from a private beach down a lovely street. Walkable to town and restaurants. Nice bike riding neighborhood.

The backyard of the rental was one of the best parts- private, grassy area for the kids to play. Also a nice fire pit and outdoor eating space.

The house and the guest house were clean, comfortable and supplied with everything needed and some extras including linens, beach towels, beach chairs, beach buggies, and sand toys for the kids.

The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed.

The main house doesn't have a shower but the outdoor shower is great and that's all we used anyway.

Great personal touches included s'more makings and a welcome letter.

We also left a shirt at the rental that Liam and Kerry mailed to us!

I would highly recommend this rental!

We had a wonderful stay at this house. It is beautifully maintained, with many recent upgrades, including a new kitchen and new 1st floor bathroom. The 1st floor has a great open layout, and a nice screened in porch. The 2nd floor has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom, which provided plenty of space for our young family of 5. The kitchen is fully loaded with every cooking utensil you would need, there's a grill in the backyard, a washer & dryer in the basement, linens provided...basically just a super comfortable house to stay in. Definitely feels like you're staying in someone's home versus a rental property!

A huge bonus is that there's a 2nd house on the property that is also beautifully maintained. We had relatives stay there for a few nights - and it was great. The benefits of being together on vacation, but with everyone having their own space!

The house is a VERY short walk to a private beach (maybe 6/7 houses away?), and a 10 min walk into the center of Harwich Port where there are great shops, restaurants, bars, etc. And you're a short drive (just a couple of minutes) to Star Market, Go-karts, trampolines, bumper boats, etc. Truly the ideal Harwich Port neighborhood.

The only potential downside is that there isn't a shower in the main house, just a tub. However, there is a very nicely maintained outdoor shower and also a shower in the guest house.

We've stayed in many homes in Harwich Port, and this is one that we highly recommend to family/friends. show more show less
