We have been staying here annually since our kids were babies! It is the most convenient location we could walk them to the beach, run back and forth for nap times or lunch etc! It is a well kept house, always clean. The owners are so nice and friendly and keep in touch to check in on your stay. We often have been able to get in hours early depending on cleaning and they send updates in real time! All you need to do is book this house, show up and relax!!!

The house is very comfortable and conveniently located a few blocks from Red River Beach. The house is very clean. There is a deck off the back of the house where you can enjoy listening to birds, use the gas grill, and eat your meals at the table. The bedrooms have comfortable beds with very nice linens. The wifi works well. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals at the house. The living areas are well appointed and perfect for a family to spend time together. There are games, books, and beach chairs in the house to make your vacation time very pleasant. The property manager responds quickly to any questions or concerns.

The house is well maintained and very clean. Location that you can't beat, with the beach just a short walk down the road (about 3-4 mins). The home comes fully equipped with everything you will need for your stay. Jenn was really helpful and reached out to us to check if we needed anything. Would definitely rent again.

This is a lovely home that fit my four 20+ "kids" and me very comfortably. The house is impeccably clean with comfortable bedding and a well equipped linen closet, and a very well equipped kitchen, which really matters to me. There are fun games to play, which we enjoyed, and I especially enjoyed coffee and dinner on the deck. The neighbors are friendly and the surroundings are quiet, and the beach is super close and lovely. I highly recommend!

The house is an easy walk to Red River Beach where you can enjoy the sun and swimming in the Nantucket Sound. Nice house for a family. We had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The property managers are great to work with. The house was very clean.

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. This was our second time staying here. We were able to bring our dog which was great! It is a clean house located in a very convenient location. The beach is just down the street so if you need to take a break from the sun, it's just a quick walk back. It's also close to Schoolhouse Ice Cream which is a great place to enjoy ice cream. We also enjoyed going shopping downtown. Overall, a great place to stay!

We've been renting this property for the past 5 years. It's always in great shape, never any problems. We appreciate the cleanliness of the cottage. You can move right in and head to the beach. Nothing to clean and no beds to make. Outdoor grill is available. We've been going to Red River Beach as a family for over 20 years and believe it's the best of the Cape Cod beaches and only a short walk from the property. Plenty to do with kids of all ages in the area (go-carts, blowup park, mini and regular golf, pirate museum, Chatham band concert, Pirate boat ride). Restaurants galore, any kind of food you could ask for on Route 28. Convenient nearby markets. The property manager is a quick call away if you have any questions or need help.

We have rented this property twice and loved it. Located on a short lane near Red River Beach, you won't be disappointed. It's very quiet and peaceful with very nice neighbors too. The outdoor shower is a plus as you return home from the beach. And, we really slept so well here. Looks like the furniture has been updated downstairs this year and the upstairs pictures do not really show how nice this house really is. The master is large and roomy and all the beds have nice linens, pillows and etc. It's a perfect get away house and very central to Harwich Port and Chatham too.

We have stayed here several times. Very clean, comfortable house with a 10 minute walk to the beach. We shared the home with two other couples, and there was plenty of space for all. Jen is always a pleasure to work with also.

This house has just been perfect for our young family. We have three small kiddos and the proximity to the beach is priceless to accommodate cranky meltdowns, nap times and needs for endless snacks. It also happens to be perfect for any parents who just want to walk quietly on the beach and get away for 5 minutes. It has always been spotless when we arrive, and the owners have been in close contact if we needed anything. Perfect for your cape escape

Great location and great house for kids

The house and location are perfect. I had 2 kids under the age of 3 stay here for a week, and they both had a great time. The Red River beach is a stone's throw away, yet the house had a nice secluded cabin-like feel. The size of the house is very big and well-kept, and it is nestled between both Harwichport and Chatham downtowns. Overall, we had a great time!

Harwich close to Red River beach - Cape Cod

We stayed in this house last summer. The home was clean, well stocked and pretty linens. This rental is very well managed. Our daughters could ride their bikes to Red River beach. We really enjoyed our time in Harwich, because the property manager Jen Huckman was excellent. Lee from Boston, MA
