We were wondering if you will be renting the house on Long Pond again next year? We would like to rent again but can't commit to a definite week yet (probably sometime in August though). Please let us know if the house will be available.

I wanted to send you a note and thank you again for the rental opportunity, we had a fantastic time. The lower deck quickly became a favorite hangout spot. I hope one day I can own a house on or near Long Pond, but for now I will cherish the memories of my time at yours!

If you plan to rent again next summer, please let me know so that I can reserve a week in advance.

Hi Kirk,

I just wanted to write and say that we had a wonderful time at your beautiful spot on Long Pond. I can't think of a better place to have been for those hot and humid days last week.....we spent a lot of time in the lake, and enjoying the shady yard (as well as enjoying many other favorite spots on the Cape). And, you were absolutely right that we had some perfect windsurfing on the lake, as well. The house itself was nicely suited to us, and altogether it was a lovely spot!

I know you said you had some regular renters who may be back next August, but if not, we may be interested in renting for a week again. I'll plan to contact you next winter/spring to see what the availability looks like.

Thanks again for everything, and enjoy these last weeks of summer!

Hi Kirk,

Your house and this location never disappoint us. We've had a wonderful stay so far and the weather has cooperated too. I have two quick questions for you. First, could you remind me what time we need to check out on Wednesday? I can't recall the exact hour. Secondly, this year the trash cans outside the house aren't there. Have they been relocated? Where should we put the trash and recycling before we leave so it's ready to go out on Thursday.

Just a quick note to tell you again how much we enjoyed your lake house. It really is a special place.
Do you keep it open year-round or is it just a summer place? We've been thinking a possible return visit in the fall but wasn't sure if you rent it actively during those months.

Hi Kirk (and Doug),
We had a wonderful time at your beautiful, relaxing slice of paradise last weekend. The pond water was pristine, the view unbeatable, and the space comfortable. We even got to play a little tennis!

I think we would definitely be interested in going back, either next summer or even later this year. How much advance time do you need, and do you rent it for full weeks or normal non-holiday weekends?
