The owners provided everything we could imagine to make our vacation perfect. The home is very clean! It was great relaxing on the deck and spending time with family. Short walk to association beach was very convienient.

Great location to Mashpee and Downtown Falmouth for restaurants, and shopping!

This is such a perfect house for our family! All 4 of my kids had separate beds, and my husband had his separate office, so he could close the door and work when needed. The high-speed internet connection was perfect. House was packed with all necessities from soap and toilet paper to linens and towels. Highly recommend.

With four generations needing 4 bedrooms, this place was perfect! Two bedrooms downstairs for the old folks and two upstairs for the younger set. A full bath on both floors sealed the deal. Everything was spotlessly clean, beds made, so much provided: beach caddy, beach toys, beach chairs & towels, full set if baking & cookware, random spices, oils, paper towels; deck with table, chairs & gas grill. WI-FI easy! Many board games. Really thoughtful were owners manuals for larger appliances.That made using an unfamilar washer easy as pie. Oh, and the "shower in a box" as our 3 yr. old granddaughter termed the outdoor shower- roomy, clean, both hot & cold water was a fun new adventure for her and bliss to her grandmother. This property was perfect for us, i.e., two families with young adult children. We all had our own space. We enjoyed the location and proximity to the beach. The deck was a hit. We really appreciated the extra amenities like BBQ pit, lawn chairs, WiFi, internet and washer and dryer. Our family loved this home and look forward to renting this property again. The owner is perfect. He answered all of our questions and was very nice. Our best house rented ever!

We had a fantastic time here. The house was just the right size for us (4 adults and two small children). Anything you could possibly need was provided, right down to a cart for the beach, which was within very easy walking distance, even for our 3 year old. The beach was sandy, calm and the water warm. We enjoyed our stay at this house very much and will be sure to try and stay here again on our next visit to Cape Cod.

If you plan on traveling to the Cape and you have a young family, look no more! We stayed with two families with children four and under. The house was immaculately clean, well maintained, and well designed. The proximity to the private beach was fantastic especially with young kids. The owners provided every detail, even a wagon to bring items to the beach. The best feature of the house was the huge deck that included the grill, a table with chairs, and lounging chairs.

Each evening we enjoyed watching the kids play as well as barbecuing. The house is big enough where there was an office that we could put the pack and play for the baby, and the other kids could run around and not wake him up. The location is in a quiet neighborhood close to everything including some fantastic seafood restaurants and local ice cream places. It was apparent the owners took pride in this house and it showed in the maintenance and amenities they provided. This was our first time renting a place we found online, and we will not need to search again. We look forward to renting this place for years to come. show more show less
