August 2024 was our 8th consecutive stay at this comfortable home. This alone should be indicative of my family's enjoyment with this property. The home is extremely well -maintained, with a makeover to the main bathroom recently completed. It is very clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The A/C keeps the house cool and ceiling fans give you additional options. The basement has a full size pool table, ping pong table and exercise equipment. The outside is nicely kept and the backyard very private, making the well -furnished deck a great place to relax and read. The street is quiet, and the beach is within walking distance. Falmouth Center is about 5 miles away and Woods Hole not much further. Of course, the area has a variety of great restaurants.

Our family first rented this amazing home in 2013 and have returned just about every year since! The owners take meticulous care of the property and last year fully renovated the first floor bathroom. The home has everything needed for a great summer getaway, including kitchen supplies, comfortable living and sleep spaces, and a shaded backyard with a large deck and gas grill. The location close to East Falmouth Center and the beach is extremely convenient for walking, biking and shopping, just a short drive to Maravista and Falmouth Heights. We're excited to be coming back another year in 2025!

We were so lucky to find this house. Tom and Trish have a beautiful home . They have everything you need to enjoy a relaxing vacation . The home is decorated beautifully and it is very spacious. It is so much bigger than it looks . It has a beautiful fenced in backyard with a gas grill and an outdoor shower. The landscaping is gorgeous.My grandsons love the backyard. It's also on a very quiet street to walk and ride bikes. The basement is a fun place for the adults , with a ping pong table and a pool table.
Tom and Trish seem to update something every year .
We are counting the days until we go back .

My family enjoyed our 4th stay at this home. This should indicate that we find the home comfortable and well cared for. In addition, the backyard is private and nicely maintained. The street is quiet so you needn't worry if you have young children. The closest beach is Menauhant, just about 1.5 miles from the house. Falmouth Heights and Falmouth Center are about 15 minutes away or 4.5 miles. The down stairs has a ping pong table and full size pool table in case you are looking for in-house activities in addition to TV. Woods Hole is close by which gives you access to the ferries for Martha's Vineyard.

The home is perfect for our family and kid friendly. Located in a quiet neighborhood, the house has great space both indoor and out. Well decorated with all the amenities that you will need. Tom is a great host. With thousands of rental options on the Cape, my family comes back year after year to this wonderful home!!

We've gone back to this rental for several years because it's the perfect get away house for our extended family of 6 adults and 2 granddaughters. The house is always clan and even more so now with strict adhearing to the CDC guidlines, The house is well appointed with everything you might need for a great vacation. A gorgeous back deck hosts a variety of backyard games and a nice table, chairs and grill for your outdoor dining needs. Several beaches are close by. What's not to like?

We are so happy we picked this house for our summer getaway. Our teenagers spent all their at home time in the basement and backyard. They also enjoyed riding their bikes to the beach and the short ride to the ice cream shop. The kitchen is completely stocked and made meal time stress free and we enjoyed our meals on the deck. The ac kept the house cool when we needed it and there were plenty of rooms for us to hang out with and without the kids.

Tom was wonderful with providing us with any answers we would have had. Falmouth is a wonderful place with very nice beaches. The house was cozy and clean ....

My entire family enjoyed Mr. Tom's house. In a lovely quiet neighborhood and with the most beautiful back yard I have experienced to relax and play in. The furnishings were so comforting and welcoming and lovely! Two seating rooms, one for tv and another with a well stocked library, so we all started our vacation reading. The patio was wonderful for morning breakfast! and just to relax! Mr. Tom was warm and gracious and ready to help.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this well maintained home. It had everything one could ask for, including reading material, movies, pool table, and ping pong table. It is well situated to beaches and Falmouth center. In addition, the home is located on a quiet street . The back yard is private and is perfect for a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon drink on the back porch. Tom, the homeowner , left material regarding places to visit and restaurants to enjoy a good meal. Tom was very easy to communicate with.

This is the perfect stay for a family! Close to the beach, parks for kids to play and restaurants/shopping. It is big enough for everyone to have their own space, the game room downstairs fills evenings with pool, darts and ping-pong for teens, and the picturesque back deck/yard provides an escape for parents day or night. I cannot wait to head back to this property next summer. It is everything you would want and need. It feels like home!

We had a very nice time in Falmouth at your lovey home. We found everything we needed . Home was very neat and clean. Nice selection of movies. We would stay again. Highly recommend. Tom is very pleasant to talk to.

My family and I just spent a week here! It was a perfect fit for us! We loved the yard, location, and the house was very clean. We could ride our bikes and walk to the beach. It was not far from downtown Falmouth. The house has everything you would need for family meals. My family enjoyed the ping pong table and pool table in the basement. We will be back next year. The owners are very nice and easy to work with.

My family had one of our best vacations in this home. You felt as though you were staying at your own home. The rooms were great size. The yard was perfect for games and barbecuing, all the amenities were readily available. There were even board games left for us along with a pool table, ping pong table and a treadmill. The landlord even provided a book with all the local attractions. We were so pleased with the place, we are going back again next year. We had no complaints at all! The homeowner was so friendly and very easy to work with. It was definitely a great vacation!

This was our second year of renting this beautiful home in East Falmouth. We can't imagine a better place to spend a week - everything about the home is immaculate, and the owners don't leave anything out. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need, the kids loved the pool table in the basement, there are DVDs and WiFi available, and the yard is perfect for games, BBQ and relaxing. We love the location; walkable to East Falmouth center and just a short drive to Maravista and Falmouth Heights. We're excited to bring the family back in 2016!

My family has stayed in this house for the past 3 summers. The price is pretty great for the amount of house you get. The house is very clean, quite large and very comfortable. The owner has tried to anticipate everything you might need on your vacation and has it at the house. My parents loved sitting out on the beautiful deck watching the birds and just relaxing. The location is ideal, not too far from Falmouth Center and the Shining Sea bike trail, and the beach is within walking distance. . We'll definitely be back!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely house. As we crossed the threshold, we immediately felt at home. The house was comfortable, afforded space for all to call their own, and was well-equipped. Everyone used and totally enjoyed the outdoor shower. We found the deck and backyard to be inviting and offered great places to sit and enjoy the outdoors. The location was terrific for beach-goers, bicyclists, and walkers! We are all back to reality in Ireland with wonderful memories of our stay the Cape. Your beautiful home and I mean a home, not the normal rental set the mood from the moment we arrived adn we enjoyed every moment of our stay there.

This is not your average Cape Rental … this is a home. The beautifully landscaped backyard and sunny deck make morning coffee an essential ritual. Then there is the big comfy couch in the family room that compliments the outstanding DVD collection for the large HD TV. The dining room table alone is big enough for 8 … and opens up to the friendly front room, where you’ll find a book collection to rival the DVDs. The kitchen is stocked with all the basics and more. But if you need to store extra beverages and such you can use the fridge in the finished basement. This is where you’ll also find pool, ping pong, darts and a super sized washer and dryer. We comfortably slept anywhere from 6 – 9 … depending upon the comings and goings of our family and friends. The elders played pitch in the dining room while the adults played pool and the teens watched videos all at the same time. And we used the beautiful backyard for the family portrait. It was such a joy! The only downside is leaving ;-).

The movies are awesome and the pool table was a lot of fun. And if I wanted, I could always find a quiet place to read.
