    This place is beloved by me & my family - the yard & deck are wonderful for the kids - bunnies galore The beach is so close for kite flying and sun bathing Other family stays up the street in hotel in Falmouth with indoor pool that the kids love I am so happy that I found this last year & want to make it a family tradition Love our host Maria - very kind & helpful

    Wonderful house and location!

    Our family had a great week here! The house is very comfortable, clean, well-maintained (recently new appliances), with many amenities and supplies provided. The deck is lovely, and the outdoor shower is so helpful. The location is amazing! Quick walk/bike to beaches or the path along Great Pond (a good sunrise spot!), and so convenient to town and shops. We appreciated the owners' quick responsiveness and overall great communication. All was wonderful, we hope to stay again!

    This cottage is very well equipped, cozy place to spend your vacation with access to the beach very close by. The owners were delightful people who strive to make your stay pleasant.

    Steps from the beach

    This is a lovely, clean, well-equipped house conveniently located only steps from a small private beach. It's also very close to restaurants and shopping and walkable distance from Surf Drive and Falmouth Heights. All in all, it's a great location for a relaxing beach vacation.

    Wonderful home!

    This home is charming and perfectly located! A private beach is roughly 50 steps away which makes it convenient to walk back and forth. Also, the bay is very close for those who enjoy kayaking or canoeing or simply spending time on the beach. Inside is roomy enough and has everything a family may need for a week away, especially a washer/dryer. It is very clean and well cared for.

    There is a nice backyard for children to play in and the outdoor shower is a huge plus!
    />Again, it is in a great location and convenient to get to many attractions. My husband and I and two kids have been returning vacationers for years!!
