You're within walking distance of upscale dining, Smitty’s Ice Cream, the Falmouth Public Library, and The Cape Cod Winery. Public beaches are just 2.5 miles away, or you can kayak or paddleboard straight from your backyard out to the ocean. We provide 3 kayaks (2 singles and 1 tandem), along with paddles and life vests in various sizes for your use.

The home also includes 3 bikes, beach umbrellas, towels, and chairs—everything you need for a fun day in the sun. After a beach day, rinse off in the outdoor shower, fire up the BBQ grill, and relax on the spacious deck complete with a hammock and gorgeous sunset views.

    Very comfortable for 6 adults. Full kitchen with every utensil, pot, pan, and appliance imaginable, all clean and in like-new condition. Beautiful deck, great for Happy Hour and family dinners. Beds were comfy. Bathrooms had spa-like showers. Enjoyed the bikes and kayaks. Everything high quality and in excellent condition. Outside shower was nice for rinsing off the sand. Hugh TV and ability to login to our YouTubeTV account was a bonus. Lots to do: town beaches close by, Cape Cod Winery, highly recommend Betsy's Diner for breakfast (lots of gluten free options), Shipwrecked for Happy Hour, strolling Main Street Falmouth, Shining Sea Bikeway, and great local parks and conservation areas with walking trails. Our family and dogs enjoyed a great vacation. Highly recommend Jennifer's home even if you're not traveling with pets.

    Jennifer was a wonderful host! Very communicative and friendly. The house was very cozy and very clean. Many amenities and the home was well stocked with everything you would need away from home. I will recommend this place highly and will be coming back to visit again!

    Our family really enjoyed staying in this Falmouth home. It was close to our family members house and was a perfect location for us. Walking distance to multiple food/beverage destinations. The home was very clean and cozy. The back yard was beautiful and relaxing. We loved looking out over the river on the back deck. The host was super friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

    Enjoyed our coffee in the morning on the spacious deck overlooking the peaceful pond and watching the ducks and listening to the birds. Location was close to beach and restaurants and roads w sidewalks to walk/run on. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the pond. Comfortable and well appointed furnishings. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

    Had an outstanding week. Great place, located in a serene location, yet few minutes drive or bike to everything Falmouth has to offer. Being pet friendly was a huge plus. Kayaking Green Pond was a bonus! Jen and Larry were highly communicative, responded quickly to questions, and provided very straightforward instructions. Our family had a great time, thank you!

    Lovely house!! Just right for the needs of our family. The house is extremely well stocked and very cosy. Jennifer was so accommodating and easy to work with. The kayaking is lovely! We had a wonderful time.
