A short walk down the road from the house is the gorgeous, private, white sandy beach with a bocce court nearby. There are also community tennis courts so bring your rackets! Easy access to the Shining Sea bike path and Old Silver Beach.

This is a comfortable Cape style home where you can spend some time relaxing on the large front porch overlooking the hydrangea garden. The first floor has a bedroom with a queen bed, and a newly renovated full bath, spacious and bright living room, dining room, and modern kitchen with oak floors. On the second floor there are two bedrooms and a newly renovated full bath. One bedroom has a queen bed and two twin beds. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single bed. Cooling for the first floor is central air and the second floor has window units in the bedrooms.

The backyard offers a nice patio, firepit, and a grill for barbecues, an outdoor shower. Washer/dryer available.
