    We're Jamie and T, and it's been a dream of ours to find a place on Cape Cod that we could renovate and make truly special. I'm an interior designer, and with my husband's handiness, and a little help from our kids, we poured our hearts into bringing this cottage to life creating a space that's cozy, relaxed, and perfect for making memories.
    Our kids love spending their days swimming and playing on the private beach, and in the evenings, we gather around the fire pit to watch the sun set over the lake, our favorite way to end the day together.
    Every season here has its own magic. Fall brings beautiful foliage and cozy fires, and in winter, the lake transforms into a peaceful, snowy retreat.
    We're thrilled to share this special spot with you and hope it becomes a place for you to slow down, connect, and create memories of your own.

    Lake Shore Cottage is all about location and comfort. The cottage has its own private sandy beach right on Jenkins Pond—it's the kind of spot where you can spend the whole day swimming, kayaking, or just relaxing by the water without ever having to leave the property. The large deck is perfect for outdoor meals, lounging in the sun, or cozy evenings under the stars.

    Inside, the home is designed to be both stylish and practical. Each room has its own split AC unit to keep you cool on warm days, and in the cooler months, the gas fireplace in the living room makes it feel extra cozy. Whether you're coming for a summer vacation or a quiet weekend getaway in the off-season, it's a space that feels welcoming year-round.
