The home features a fully stocked kitchen with brand-new appliances, including a dishwasher, stove, fridge, and microwave. New air-source heat pumps provide AC throughout the 1,749 square feet of space. Other amenities include a washer/dryer, 2.5 bathrooms, an attached one-car garage with three driveway spaces, and smart TVs in each bedroom and the living room. Relax on the wrap-around deck overlooking the water, or enjoy your morning coffee from the master bedroom balcony. You’ll be just a short walk to Dunkin' Donuts, Avellino for dinner, CVS, the East Falmouth Library, and even Smitty’s for ice cream.

Located close to the beaches, Martha’s Vineyard ferry, Cape Cod Winery, two breweries, and Mashpee Commons, this retreat offers the perfect mix of tranquility and convenience! It is also a quick drive to Wood’s Hole, Old Silver Beach and the Shining Sea bike path.

The primary bedroom is located on the top floor of the king size bed, two generous closets and a full bath with the tub/shower. There’s a balcony overlooking the peaceful pond right in the back where you can sit and have your coffee/read. There is also a dock, which is currently under repair.

On the second floor are two bedrooms. One has a queen bed And the other one has two twin beds with a desk. On the landing of the second floor is a standup desk with a chair. Those two bedrooms share a bath with a marble vanity and shower unit. First floor entry has a soaring ceiling with a skylight and an upright piano. There’s a half bath and a wonderful kitchen with open concept dining room and family room that has a skylight. There’s three sliders with stunning views of water. There’s a large wraparound deck complete with two round outdoor tables, one with an umbrella and seating for 8 with a new BBQ grill.

All windows and sliders have room darkening curtains.

There are three spaces for cars and one garage space. In the garage is a 50amp 220v plug if you have an electric vehicle for charging. There is a washer and dryer for your laundry needs.

The house has a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. There are spices with oil and sauces for use. There is a coffee maker, Keurig, blender, toaster, toaster oven.

The water views are so inviting that you may not even want to leave the house but if you do, you don’t even have to drive to get food. You can just walk down the street to get coffee, ice cream, restaurants, and if you forget anything, there is a CVS and bank within walking distance. At the end of the street you can also get the bus to Hyannis and Woods Hole.
