When you don't want to go far from home, relax, grill and play in the oversized enclosed yard where yard games provide hours of entertainment for your family and pet!

The home features; 3 bedrooms (2 queen and 2 twins sized beds), 1 bathroom. A comfortable living room with separate dining space, brand-new kitchen appliances, and central air conditioning. Driveway can accommodate 4 cars. Ability to store up to a 29 ft boat trailer with public access to local waters less than a mile away.

There is a deck off the back, an outdoor shower and with large fenced in yard.

Must be 25 years or older to rent.
