The two living areas make it ideal for kids (big and small!) to enjoy the games room, play pool, air hockey or the X Box, catch a movie in the TV room, or play lawn games, whilst adults enjoy the open plan kitchen-living-dining room, hanging out on the deck or gathered around the firepit.

Ready for some alone time? Each room has space to relax, watch TV, read a book or take a post beach nap!

Seacoast Escape can comfortably sleep 11, in this 4-bedroom, 2 full bathroom + outdoor shower, home. The circular driveway can easily accommodate four cars, great for a multi-family trip.

The house can also accommodate BYOB (Bring Your Own Boat!) The long straight driveway to the side is ideal to fit a boat trailer and car. The nearest public boat launch is just a mile away!

Hang up the car keys, there is plenty to enjoy on foot, or by bike! Paddle to Washburn State Park on kayaks, with water access just steps from the house and enjoy the boater’s beach for a picnic, swim and take a stroll. Swim at the Seacoast Shores Association Beach, enjoy the association pool, play a game of tennis and dine at the new clubhouse. Check out the bar on the upper deck of the restaurant and enjoy spectacular water views with beautiful sunsets. All of this is within a short walk from this beautiful Cape Cod home, without leaving the peninsula.

For those who wish to explore more of what the Cape has to offer, the property is centrally located on Cape Cod in Falmouth (East Falmouth).

Within a short 10-minute drive, downtown Falmouth is one of Cape Cod’s most vibrant towns with quaint stores and a vibrant restaurant scene, and Mashpee Commons for all the shopping dining and entertainment you and your family could wish for.

Martha’s Vineyard can be seen from many of the local beaches! We recommend you take a ferry to visit the island and explore all it has to offer.

Charter a boat and catch a fish for dinner! Check out the classic towns of Cape Cod from Brewster to Chatham. Trips to Provincetown and the stunning Outer Cape beaches are all an easy ask given Seacoast Escape’s central location.
