Bright open floor plan with loft home in the popular Seacoast Shores Community in East Falmouth. You also have access to the private beach in the neighborhood. Full seasonal access to pool, full restaurant/bar (hours vary), tennis courts, and basketball all included. Quick drive to take ferry to Martha’s Vineyard.

The space
My house is set back from 28, via a private road. You enter it via an easement, which leads you to the only house at the top. Rhododendron bushes and trees surround the house with plenty of sunshine coming through skylights throughout the home. Plenty of parking for up to 5 cars in the driveway (no parking on easement or street).

The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 of the bedroom has a bathroom ensuite. The house is ideal for 6 adults and 2 kids. The futon is ideal for kids/teens or 1 adult. Max 8 guests.

New outdoor shower and patio space.
Sorry, pets are not allowed.

What I provide:
-Toilet paper, starter paper towel roll, sponge, soap, coffee filters, and laundry detergent.
- 8 beach towels, beach chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and various bikes for use (no helmets provided).
- Guest book with details on the area, beach information restaurants, and Seacoast Association information. Martha’s Vineyard to dos and ferry schedule.
**Linens and bath/hand towels are NOT provided**

Other things to note
-Central AC (mini splits) in every room (plenty of movable fans as well)
-June, July, and August weeks are Saturday-to-Saturday rentals
-There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement.
-TV streaming available in the living room and in the bedroom on the 2nd floor-
-Note there is, at times, a dog on the property when the house is not rented.

Close to everything in minutes via car
-3 min to drive to the private beach or clubhouse pool and restaurant
-6 min to Menauhant Beach or Mashpee Commons-
-12 min to Falmouth Heights Beach or to downtown Falmouth's restaurant scene
-17 minutes to the Old Silver Beach

-17 minute walk to Association Beach (1 mile walk). I recommend driving and if no spots are available drop your guests off and then enjoy a 5-minute bike ride to the beach. Small private Association Beach is in a residential neighborhood (Limited to 4 spots marked by signs).

    We thoroughly enjoyed our first visit to Cape Cod all thanks to the wonderful experience we had staying in Kerry's charming and spacious home. The amenities were so impressive, with a newly installed outdoor shower, bikes, a pool and club house, fresh clean beach towels and squeaky clean bathrooms and kitchen, we really felt welcomed and ready to enjoy our vacation. Very ideally located on the Cape, we were able to easily access several beaches, restaurants and other attractions. Our stay here was wonderful and the memories we made will always be cherished!     Had an amazing family vacation at Kerry's beautiful home. Highly recommend for large families. Plenty of space, close to lots of restaurants and amenities. It was clean, quiet, set back off the road so we had lots of privacy. We visited a local beach, Martha's Vineyard(highly recommend), mini putt place near by, and visited the downtown stores and restaurants. Kerry is very responsive and easy to communicate with, we had a very positive experience with everything thanks to her.

    My friends and I had an amazing time staying at Kerry's place! It was very clean, cozy, and relaxing. Kerry was responsive and was the most accommodating host we could have asked for. There are great amenities at the house and the air conditioning worked great even on hot days. The mattresses were extremely comfortable as well at the comforter and pillows. The house was a short drive from great restaurants and beaches. I would not want to stay anywhere else in Falmouth and would recommend it to everyone!

    My friends and I were looking for a girls weekend to celebrate life and spend time with each other. Kari's place was absolutely perfect. The design and layout were perfect. it was clean and it felt like home. The decorations made the space pop. The beds were comfortable all of them and Carrie was Jenn generous enough to leave us a welcome gift. I would highly recommend staying in the space. With access to a pool and beach it's perfect.

    What a wonderful stay at Kerry's home in Falmouth! It is even better than pictures show. The home is bright, open, and tastefully decorated. My weekend stay was perfect and I cannot wait to return. The house was impeccably clean and had everything I needed to make my stay a great one. The location is supreme nestled on a private road with plenty of parking and access to downtown within 10 minutes.

    Kerry is a wonderful host who provided thorough instructions on how to get there and also other helpful tips for my stay. She also replied quickly when I had a question which I really appreciated. Look forward to returning! show more show less

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth has a lot to offer. Falmouth is bordered on two sides by large bodies of water, Buzzards Bay to the west, Vineyard and Nantucket sounds to the south.
    Easy access to Martha's Vineyard! There are two ferry options I provide in my welcome book as well.
    Downtown Falmouth has a great shopping and dining experience. Lots of beaches to explore which are provided in my guest welcome book. Beautiful bike paths , brewery and wine vineyard near my house. Wood's Hole is a great little community to explore as well.
