Freshly renovated and furnished 2 bedroom cottage-Maravista neighborhood! The cottage has new appliances and sleeps up to 5 people. One bedroom has a king size bed, closet and Smart TV. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is a full bathroom; and an outdoor shower. There is also a 228 sf enclosed porch.

Located 1.1 mi from Vineyard Sound; less than 1000 ft from Great Pnd; approx 1500 ft from Harrington St Town Landing. Easy access to downtown where you will find great restaurants/shops/icecream, Bristol Beach, Falmouth Hts, bike trail, dog park, wineries, golf and many attractions.

We provide beach chairs, an umbrella, and linens.
We are flexible on all terms of the rental.

Dogs: we can host up to 2 small to medium dogs, no more than 60 pounds-no shedding. All dogs need to be leashed when being walked and please pick up after walking them.
