The Cape Escape sits on the corner lot with a tall, fenced-in backyard with a large, shaded front yard. There is plenty of parking space in the driveway & along the fence line. The house is at the beginning of a cul-de-sac street.

The first floor has two bedrooms, a full bathroom and a kitchen/living room. The master bedroom has a queen and the room next door has a full size bed. The flooring is brand new downstairs and the full bathroom has just been remodeled. There is a working fireplace in the living room and a big bay window to brighten up the room on sunny days. Mounted to the wall is a 55” Smart TV with many streaming apps.

Upstairs there are two more bedrooms with full-size beds & a half bathroom.

The backyard has a swing-set, some seating, and a grill. The deck is the perfect place for summer nights and summer mornings.

Right across the street is the Coonamessett Greenway Heritage Trail - a brand new conservation with walking trails and wildlife with the Coonamessett River running through.

About 3 miles away is Falmouth Heights Beach & about 1.5 miles away is Menauhant Beach. Main St. Falmouth is a 10 minute drive with restaurants, shopping, salons and more!
