The first-floor bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed with sitting area. The other upstairs bedroom has three twin beds. There are two full baths (upstairs bath is small) and a refreshing outdoor shower. The updated Coastal living room has a new Smart TV and Sonos sound bar for TV or listening to music.

Enjoy meals and relaxation on the bright three-season porch which is right off the fully stocked kitchen. The house was recently updated with refinished floors, new carpentry, new lighting, fresh paint, a new fence and more.

There is a giant backyard with a privacy fence, outdoor seating, a fire pit, lawn games, a hammock, and a new propane grill.

Hi-speed Wi-fi. FREE linens and towels will be provided. Saturday-Saturday rental during the summer. Off-season check-in and check-out days are flexible.

Driveway with space for 3 cars. Just park and walk to all that beautiful Falmouth has to offer.

    What a perfect house. It was even better than advertised
    Beautiful in and out -great back yard , kitchen very well appointed and large with beautiful great porch area right off of the kitchen

    Perfect Beach House Getaway!

    We had an amazing stay at this beach house on the Cape! The location couldn't have been better—just a short walk to both the beach and town, which made our days so easy and enjoyable. The house was spotless when we arrived, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the plush bath towels, beach towels, and fresh linens that were provided.

    The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for a perfect beach vacation. The beach chairs umbrella, and cart to tow everything were such a nice bonus; it made our beach days stress-free and fun for the whole family. The home itself is bright, comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. Our kids loved the outdoor shower hammock and fire pit for s'mores at night.

    We felt so relaxed and at home here. I highly recommend this rental for anyone looking for a clean, convenient, and family-friendly place to stay on the Cape. We can't wait to come back!     show more show less

    Spacious Yard and Comfortable Home

    My family and I had a wonderful stay. We enjoyed the spacious backyard, hammock, and new grill for cooking meals outdoors. The updated kitchen and cozy living room were perfect for escaping the heat. Surf Drive Beach and Falmouth's Main Street were both within short walking distance, and the house provided beach chairs and toys for outdoor activities. Would stay again next time we're in the area!

    Great getaway spot with friends

    Our stay at this beach house in Cape Cod was fantastic. The air conditioning was a welcome relief after long days at the beach. The location was perfect, with an easy and convenient walk to town, where we found a delightful bakery and a variety of restaurants. The beach was just down the main road, making it accessible for quick trips.

    We enjoyed playing cornhole in the pristine backyard. The house was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including cleaning and cooking items. The sheets and bathrooms were clean, adding to our comfort.

    Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend it to others looking for a great beach getaway.     show more show less

    Our family has been renting houses on the Cape for years and absolutly love Falmouth. We just purchased this house in November and since then it's been so much fun to update the house to make it the perfect escape.

    What is special about this property?
    The house was just posted for rentals and we are excited for others to enjoy it this summer! We feel in love with this house for it's charm but also for it's unbelievable location. Our teenage kids can walk to town or the beach and we can enjoy some peace here without being chauffeurs to them.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth has amazing restaurants and so many great beaches. You can also take the ferry from here to spend a day on Martha's Vineyard. Plus, it's not far over the bridge so is easy to get to.
