We are very familiar with the location of this property having vacationed here many times. The community is very welcoming and the foot traffic of every age group out for strolls to enjoy the scenery is abundant. Over the last 5-7 years we have frequented many property rentals instead of hotels as our preference of where to stay. We appreciate being able to fully relax when away from home while having the comforts of home available. Cape Cod is near and dear to us as we spent summers of college working on the Cape to finance our education. We were able to explore all the Cape has to offer during that time from biking trails to beaches to shops and restaurants and so much more. When purchasing this property we decided to keep it's charm by making renovations to allow for the spectacular relaxing view from inside and out. We wanted our neighbors and passers by to enjoy as well so kept the footprint as initially intended. The location of this property is very convenient to so many views, beaches, water amenities, restaurants etc. We think the place is pretty special and really hope that you enjoy!

What is special about this property?
We have vacationed in this neighborhood so are very familiar with the spectacular scenery around Washburn Island and Waquoit Bay. With the association beach less than a 5 minute walk away, the club house not too much further and views of Martha's Vineyard at the end of the peninsula there is no need to get back in your car once you arrive!

What is special about your town?
Falmouth has so much to offer....bike trails, water views, beaches, shopping, walking trails, great restaurants and night life, Cape Cod Baseball and SO much more! Seacoast Shores in particular is a hidden gem. The area is a peninsula and is a great neighborhood. It's a walking community and has a clubhouse with a pool, basketball/pickleball/tennis court AND a restaurant. The public boat ramp is at the Rte 28 opening. There is an association beach and the East side is on the waterway leading to Waquoit Bay. Boating, kayaking, swimming and clamming are just a few of the many activities in this area! Unpack your bags and settle in for the week! No need to go to far if at all after that!
