The Association Beach is .2 miles away and the Association Clubhouse is .9 miles away with a pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, basketball courts and restaurant available for use. Enjoy yard games on the lawn and puzzles and board games if you need a break from the beach.

Mashpee Commons and downtown Falmouth are a short car ride in either direction featuring quaint shops, fine and casual restaurants.

Public beaches are within 5 miles. Bring your paddle board and kayaks to enjoy the gorgeous coastline of Washburn Island and Waquoit Bay...East Falmouth's hidden gems.

    A little slice of heaven, we highly recommend!

    We stayed at this rental for just 3 nights and it was not long enough. I usually feel the need to go out and see the area but we just chilled which is exactly what we needed. Great area to bring bikes and lots of beachs, things to do and great restaurants and ice cream in the area! Early risers, you can even watch the sun come up!! The house is pristine, and although we didn't cook, the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities. The beds were super comfy and the view is as stated spectacular. All the neighborhood people we came across were friendly and clubhouse amenities can't be beat. Most importantly, the owners were the best I've ever dealt with. We had some scheduling issue and they did what they could and then some to be accommodating, and responded quickly! We love the cape and hope to be returning again soon.     Renovated Cottage with Beautiful View

    This house was absolutely perfect for our Cape Cod stay! The water views are stunning! It is conveniently located with so many amenities nearby. The home is newly renovated with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are wonderful and made sure we had everything we needed. We hope to return one day to this lovely, peaceful place.

    (We're on the water near Waquoit Bay just to clarify. While it's not technically a harbor it's a boating community as there are outlets to Vineyard Sound from the Bay.)

    We are very familiar with the location of this property having vacationed here many times. The community is very welcoming and the foot traffic of every age group out for strolls to enjoy the scenery is abundant. Over the last 5-7 years we have frequented many property rentals instead of hotels as our preference of where to stay. We appreciate being able to fully relax when away from home while having the comforts of home available. Cape Cod is near and dear to us as we spent summers of college working on the Cape to finance our education. We were able to explore all the Cape has to offer during that time from biking trails to beaches to shops and restaurants and so much more. When purchasing this property we decided to keep it's charm by making renovations to allow for the spectacular relaxing view from inside and out. We wanted our neighbors and passers by to enjoy as well so kept the footprint as initially intended. The location of this property is very convenient to so many views, beaches, water amenities, restaurants etc. We think the place is pretty special and really hope that you enjoy!

    What is special about this property?
    We have vacationed in this neighborhood so are very familiar with the spectacular scenery around Washburn Island and Waquoit Bay. With the association beach less than a 5 minute walk away, the club house not too much further and views of Martha's Vineyard at the end of the peninsula there is no need to get back in your car once you arrive!
