    Beautiful, modern, spacious

This home was the nicest we've ever stayed in on any of our vacations. The house was very private, clean, well-kept, spacious, and comfortable. The host was wonderful to work with, and very thoughtful in providing all the amenities we could want. Check in and check out were seamless. Things that were important to us--it was close to the downtown area with many shops and restaurants, close to several beaches and the bike path, and convenient to Woods Hole for access to the islands. Equally important, we had plenty of room for our family of five to relax and enjoy both the indoor and outdoor spaces. And the huge kitchen with abundant cooking supplies, beautiful countertops, Wolf range, and separate coffee station with sink was to die for!! We would definitely rent this home again on our next visit to Falmouth! show more show less

    Absolutely perfect home!

We have stayed at many properties on the cape over the years, and this was the nicest home of all! Beautiful interior, clean, wonderful layout, private, quiet yard and prime location! The owners, Richard and Lori, were very communicative and detailed which we appreciated. From a sweet welcome basket, to pictured instructions for various appliances, maps, take-out menus and a home "booklet" with an answer to any possible question, no stone was left unturned! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this home! I miss it already! show more show less

    Beautiful Cape Stay

Our first trip to the Cape and what a magnificent trip it was. The vacation rental was absolutely stunning and catered for our every need. We had a 5 year old in our party and the detail that went into ensuring she was catered for was sublime. The huge yard along with all the balls and garden games kept her entertained whilst we could enjoy a glass of wine on the deck. The guest guide put together by the owners was so detailed that we basically just used that to make our itinerary. We visited wood's hole, the knob, Falmouth beach and woodneck beach which were all recommended along with nearby shops and restaurants The kitchen has everything that you could need in it - fully stocked with appliances and all the equipment you need.

Hands down the best vacation rental we have ever stayed at and we will definitely be back.

Lori and I have been vacationing on the Cape in the summer for over 25 years. Lori's parents owned a condo in East Falmouth, which formed our base of operations and we've fallen in love with the Upper Cape and particularly Falmouth area. Our two children, now young adults, grew up exploring Falmouth's beaches - particularly Wood Neck Beach and all that it has to offer with both the sea and estuary sides to it.

What is special about this property?
It took us about three years to find this home. We wanted a home that was bright, open, a ''home away from home'' and close to both Falmouth and the gorgeous village of Woods Hole. We bought in the Fall of 2023 and have have enjoyed spending time here getting the house to how we want it. It is a very quiet neighborhood on the edge of Bebee Woods with walking trails through the woods, friendly people and everything you would ever want in a Cape Cod home. We are excited to share it with others and hope that they are able to make lasting memories, as we have.

What is special about your town?
Both Downtown Falmouth and the village of Woods Hole are just minutes away from us. Downtown Falmouth offers great shopping and restaurants including the Pickle Jar, Quarterdeck, Estia and Anejo. Woods Hole offers a delightful village atmosphere with smaller arts & craft shops, the Woods Hole Oceanographic Institute (WHOI), the Woods Hole Historical Museum, Aquarium and the Martha's Vineyard Ferry. Don't forget to stop by Pie in the Sky for coffee and a bite to eat on your way to Martha's Vineyard, or grab a meal at Landfall - possibly our most favorite restaurant on the Cape.

Falmouth boasts having over a dozen beaches within minutes of us. For biking enthusiasts, we are a short cycle from the Shining Sea Bikeway and for golfers, there are four public golf courses within a 20-minute drive (Falmouth Country Club, Cape Cod Country Club, Cape Golf Club and Paul Harney Golf Club).
