    We really enjoyed our stay here.
    Came down for a 4 day, long weekend with my kids.
    The location was perfect! The view of the water was awesome
    We really enjoyed the waterfront and kayaking. Charming quiet location and very close to Mashpee Commons, supermarket and restaurants.
    Cool older home with lots of charm and old cape cod vibe. Very comfortable and had everything we needed.
    Great communication with owner.

    The location and view of the bay is beautiful!

    We loved sitting outside and enjoyed the sunsets. Access to the water is down a short path and and we took out kayaks to explore the bay and south cape beach. Also did some clamming right in front of the house. Cottage was very comfortable. Rustic, but bright with updated bathroom, new fridge, and many updates. Very private setting yet 5-6 minutes from Mashpee commons restaurants. I think we were the first renters and the owner seemed eager to make sure our stay was great.

    Stephen and Janice Rejto have lived in Falmouth for 13 years. They purchased 173 Metoxit rd last year and plan to make it there retirement home someday in the future.

    What is special about this property?
    1927 Hotchkins cape cottage home on Waquoit bay. Incredible views, direct access to water. Shopping, restaurants and state/town beaches close by.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth and Mashpee have a tremendous amount to offer: Restaurants, shopping,etc. But, you may never leave the property.
