Our Falmouth home is a prime location for beach and restaurants! Walk into the open plan living space with comfy couches, fireplace and TV. Here the dining room is located and you step down into chef style kitchen. The house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms. Each bedroom is thoughtfully designed to provide a delightful and soothing atmosphere for guests. With 1 king bed, 2 queen beds, and 1 bunk bed, there is plenty of space for everyone to unwind and recharge. There is a crib in one of the queen bedrooms. The 3 full baths are equipped with all the necessary amenities, including a hairdryer and shower.
In the den downstairs you can get away from it all and relax by the TV
The outdoor shower is amazing and the shed has beach chairs, toys etc. There is an outdoor grill with tables, umbrella, lounge chairs and a fire pit.
Across the street is the private, quiet Beccles Beach a 2 minute walk and the sunsets are amazing. Woodneck beach is 1/2 mile away is perfect for adults and children. It is a bay beach that changes with the tides leaving beach puddles for small children to play in. There is a lazy River that empties into the ocean, so fun to ride on boogie boards! Boogie boards are in the shed. Crab hunting and other shellfish finds are treat for all ages. Great beach to set up for the day! There are many other beaches to spend the day all within a 10 minute drive!
Sippewisett Rd leads right into Woods Hole! There is also bike path close by to jump onto that leads there as well. Plenty of great restaurants and shops in Falmouth Center which is about a 10 minute drive. Also, Mashpee Commons is about 15 minute drive with awesome shops and restaurants as well.
