The Space
The Falmouth Firefly is an all-new luxury home on the Maravista Peninsula in East Falmouth. The home is a Spectacular 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home - with sweeping water views - ready to host your next get-away! 0.7 miles walking distance to Menauhant Beach.

Two primary bedrooms with King size beds and each with a private full bathroom! One private room with two Queen beds. A kid's club house that offers two full beds with two trundles.

Backyard and Neighborhood
Burn off a little more energy - walking the trail, playing tag, or catching fireflies - before bedtime.

Parking
We can accommodate 6 cars in the driveway! There is also street parking if additional space is needed.

A Breath of Fresh Air
Smoke free home. Any smoking or vaping must take place outside. Please help us keep our space beautiful; dispose of your cigarette butts properly.

What makes us so special
Location. New. Attention to detail. We love this house. We designed everything with special touches and attention to detail to serve as a gathering place for family and friends.

Guest access
You will have enjoy access to the entire space during your stay, with the exception of the basement, attic and owner's closets.

Driveway parking for up to 6 standard sized cars.

Tide pods, bleach, and dryer sheets for our high capacity new washer and dryer.

2 bathroom towels per guest, soap, shampoo, conditioner, and toilet paper.

Bedrooms - Fresh, clean, linens and pillows are all provided with brand new mattresses.

Kitchen - Plates, silverware, glasses, lobster pot, cutting boards, cooking utensils, bread machine and all-new pots and pans and cooking utensils.

BBQ - New Weber grill, one tank of propane and cooking tools.

Beach Trips - Outdoor shower, 7 Beach chairs, Beach Toys, and Beach Towels.

Pack N Play, and high chairs are available upon request.

Guests will not have access to the basement, attic or owner closets.

    Unparalleled Stay

    This house is more well-appointed than any other property we have stayed in. All of the kitchen equipment and wares (blender, nutribullet, instapot to name just a few) were above expectations of our large group of 9 people. Light and bright inside. Furnishings are all new. Amenities exceed expectations. The owners were extremely accommodating and responsive to our every question and request. Their pride of ownership is quite evident and they make every effort to assist in an enjoyable stay. The walking path next to the house offers easy access to the town beaches as well as to the the inlet/Great Pond, where there are small points/beaches that are great for a quick lounge and wade into the water. Highly recommend this property. show more show less
