Just steps away to Old Silver Beach and the Seacrest Hotel is a 5-7 minute walk. My property is adjacent to the Old Silver Beach overflow parking lot which is across the street from the Seacrest hotel. I have a path behind my house that takes you directly to the parking lot.

This house has it all! Brand new with open concept living. Property includes 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths with a large den. On the first floor there is a chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge and quartz countertops. Primary bedroom with king bed, and full bath. At the end of the day you can cook on the Weber grill and enjoy eating dinner outside on the deck. Afterward you can cook s'mores in the fire pit!

Second floor has front deck, another primary bedroom with TV and a king bed and bath and 2 more bedrooms - one with a queen bed and one with a full bed and a day bed with 2 singe beds and an additional bath. Second floor great room has huge couch with pull out bed and large TV stocked with puzzles and games. There is also a blow up bed. Ping pong table/pool table in the basement. Take the kayaks out and cruise down the river or go for a swim. At the end of the day, sit out on the Farmer's Porch with a cool beverage in hand!

Large backyard to play games. New hot tub being put in this spring.

Minutes from the Shining Sea Bike path. Close to local restaurants and 10 minutes to downtown Falmouth.

Saturday to Saturday rentals only from June 29 through August 17. Weekend rentals available April-June and September and October. read more show less
