This meticulously designed house has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bath. There are two bedrooms with en suite baths one in each floor.

The house features open floor plan with 3 season porch off of the living area. There are two smart TVs in the living area, one in the porch and one in the living room. Kitchen features a large island with seating for six, high end appliances, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, electric tea kettle, gas cook-top, microwave and electric oven.
First floor has a bedroom with en suite bath and additional half bath.

Second floor has 4 bedrooms one of which is a primary bedroom. there is a common bathroom that has a door from one of the bedrooms. All bathrooms are beautifully designed with walk in showers. There is also an open porch on the second floor that can be accessed from two bedrooms.

Outside you will find an outdoor shower. The fire pit and outdoor seating area will be completed in the spring. Pictures can be provided after the completion and before the start of summer season.

Old Silver Beach is about eight minute walk from the house. There will be some beach chairs in the garage for the renter's use.

The house is located short walk away from Wing Pond, a cranberry bog and Shining Sea bike path.
Linens, bath towels, bath toiletries will be provided unless otherwise requested.
