Take the Bikeway down to Woods Hole and enjoy tacos at Quick's Hole, drinks and seafood at The Landing, or a walk to The Knob!

The home has a fully fenced backyard (we welcome well-behaved pets for a small extra fee), BBQ grill, and outdoor shower. The home is 2,200+ square feet and has a wonderful layout that maximizes space and flow. The first floor has the primary bedroom with King bed and en suite bathroom and another half bathroom, two living-family rooms, a dining room with indoor dining for 8, and a large deck across the back of the home with outdoor dining for 8. Upstairs are three additional bedrooms including two rooms with Kings and one room with two twins, plus a dedicated office and separate laundry room. One of the upstairs King bedrooms also includes a crib.

The neighborhood, Pine Bay Estates, is a residential family friendly neighborhood and the home is located on an especially quiet cul de sac with just 2 other homes. Lots of privacy in the front and back yards. It's a great family location and perfect for safely walking, biking, and outdoor play with kids with very minimal car activity.

    Great house! We loved our stay! So close to the bike path which is amazing. Biked down to woods hole and had lunch! Many beaches. Having the private beach it great. All beds comfy. Jess was very responsive and helpful! Would rent it again

    This was a wonderful, very well appointed house in a fantastic location. Jess was super responsive and a great hostess. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was fun and family friendly. We loved the secret walking trail cut through the woods that lead to the 10.7 mile walking/biking trail. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

    Jess's house was perfect for our week-long vacation with friends. Having access to Little Island Beach made beach days so easy and private. The bike path is also easily accessible from the neighborhood. Everything about the house was super comfortable and the outdoor shower was excellent!

    Our family had such a wonderful time at this house! A perfect distance from the beach and the cul-de-sac was perfect for the kids to ride their scooters and bikes! Kid friendly (& baby proofed) for sure, we had children from ages 15 months to 8 years old and they all had so much fun!
    Jess was amazing at communicating with us, answered any questions we had within minutes and provided us with all the necessary information for our stay! The house is so welcoming and CLEAN! We would recommend this location, wonderful for all ages! show more show less

    My family and I spent a week at Jess's beautiful home.
    The property is large, and the home is clean and spacious. We enjoyed cooking at home and relaxing, but also were close enough to quality restaurants and bars to go out when we wanted.
    Great trails close by, as well as many beaches.

    My husband and I live full time in Boston and have our home in Falmouth for our family's vacation use and as a rental property for other families to enjoy. We have owned our West Falmouth home since 2019 and started renting in 2021. We are new to WNAV but have several 5-star reviews and are a ''guest favorite'' on other rental sites. We have two young kids (3 years old and <1 year) and the house and the neighborhood are both well suited for families.

    What is special about this property?
    The property is great for families and for guests that want to be active! Guests they love the proximity to the Shining Sea Bikeway, which can take you directly to Woods Hole. Guests also love the access to Little Island Beach, a beautiful private beach. Others like the 1-mile proximity to Old Silver Beach, one of the most popular public beaches with parking and amenities like bathrooms, showers, and snack shack. The property is also in a calm, residential neighborhood with very limited car traffic so it is great for walks, biking with young kids, etc.

    What is special about your town?
    West Falmouth is a charming village within the broader town of Falmouth. The village has the beloved West Falmouth market, Eulinda's Ice Cream shop, West Falmouth Library, and a small playground and tennis courts all within a 5 minute drive from the home or short bike ride on the Bikeway. Falmouth is also easily accessible from Boston. With no traffic, the drive from Boston can be just over one hour and typically never exceeds two hours even in peak traffic, making it a wonderful spot for families who want to experience the Cape but avoid a longer drive.
