A beautiful home with just about every amenity. I brought 5 other people including myself. Sleeps comfortably with spacious rooms. Location was real close to the beach along with stores, restaurants and shops. I would definitely stay here again.

This house is newly built and is beautiful. The owners meet us to go over everything which was super helpful. You can walk almost anywhere from here-the beach, downtown Falmouth, the ferry to the vineyard for a day trip. Best of all, they provide all linens and towels, including beach towels. Hope to be back again next summer.

Beautiful home, has everything you need. Short distance to Falmouth Heights Beach, Falmouth Ferry and shopping. Owners very responsive during booking as well as leading up to rental week. Highly recommend for your future vacation memories .

Newly constructed, spacious and fully stocked vacation home within walking distance of Falmouth Heights Beach and restaurants. The owners were very nice, easy to work with and accommodating. They provided towels, linens, beach chairs and umbrellas. Overall a great stay, we wouldn't hesitate to return.

We had an amazing week staying in Falmouth ! When we arrived we were greeted by the owners of the home who walked us through the house and how to use the various amenities provided. The house is exactly as described in the listing, its new, very spacious and modern and filled with light. The gas grill worked perfectly and the patio table has a huge umbrella to provide shade. Towel, linens, coffee pods, olive oil, you name it was there and ready to be used. They have a nice stackable washer/dryer that came in handy during the week. Two beaches are within a 10 -15 minute walk, and a few more are a 15 minute drive away. Very conveniently located (less than 5 minute drive) to Stop n Shop, Shaw's, Walmart and a liquor store. Downtown Falmouth was maybe a 10 minute drive from the house. Would definitely stay here again! show more show less

We stayed at 29 Kendall Lane for five weeks this Summer and were SO happy! It is a terrific location within walking distance, an easy bike ride, or an easy drive to downtown Falmouth, the Island Queen, and Flamouth Heights beach. We loved being in this area, as did our kids. While being close to everything, you still get the quiet of being down a neighborhood side street, which we also enjoyed.
The house is terrific, too. There's lots of space to hang out on any of the three levels. There is ample, fully stocked kitchen space with all the amenities you would need. We loved the outdoor spaces to sit outside, and the outdoor shower was well-used throughout our stay.
Kate and Tatiana are terrific house hosts and were really helpful whenever we had questions. It was an easy check in/check out process too. show more show less

The location is fantastic. We walked to the beach, Island Queen Ferry and to downtown Falmouth. It was nice to be so close to everything!

The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor grill was large and easy to use. I appreciated that there were beach towels and chairs since we did not think to bring any. The beds were all comfortable too which is very important to us.

Our hosts were super nice and explained how everything worked!

We had a great stay and wish we had longer then three days! Thank you again!
