    Great week on the cape!

    We spent a week at Joe's house & could not have been any more pleased! We've rented many homes over the years and this is by far the best! ( Even better than the photos!) Every detail was thought of and all comforts of home were there. The house was spotless and the views and location were wonderful. We were lucky enough to watch the Falmouth road race right at the end of our street. Easy walk to beach and easy drive to town! Highly recommend to anyone!

    Beautiful house and perfect location!

    We had a wonderful stay in this gorgeous home! Not only is everything in the house brand new and in perfect condition, but the location is ideal -- steps from the beach and a short bike ride into town. Other highlights included the gorgeous water views, the comfortable beds (my kids particularly loved the bunks beds), and the outdoor shower. Another bonus was that there were wireless chargers in nearly every room (a small but incredibly convenient perk!). The owner, Joe, was great to work with and very communicative and helpful.     We were fortunate to be the first guests of 95 Bywater for an extended stay this summer. It is a brand new home in a charming neighborhood. The house is absolutely perfect in every way, including its prime beach location and proximity to Falmouth center. It has spectacular water views from every window! Not a single detail was overlooked by our hosts, and they were extremely responsive and caring if we ever needed anything. We would absolutely return again and again… it was paradise.
