Our stay here was wonderful. Great backyard, very clean, large space and comfortable beds. It was waking distance to the beach and downtown. Heidi was very responsive. Highly recommend!

We could not have been happier with this home! It is in mint condition, and has the perfect layout for our family plus 2 dogs, with master downstairs and separate bedrooms and loft upstairs. In addition it is equipped with everything we could need in the kitchen (spices, oil, pans, even an air fryer) as well as beach towels, washer/dryer, wine cooler and more. The fenced (sturdy) backyard is not very large but enough to let the pups out as needed, and we enjoyed grilling on the patio a couple of nights. Located perfectly with access to ferry terminal, Falmouth village, and an enjoyable walk to the beach. This homeowner was so ultra responsive, kind and courteous! 100% recommend! show more show less

We stayed at the house Memorial Day week. Everything was has described. The home was very clean and had a full kitchen and grill. Lots of space to hang out. We did walk to Main St and the beach but for families with small children you would probably drive. Would definitely recommend. Host responded very quickly when we had a question.

Wow, what an amazing stay our family had! This house is gorgeous and has everything you need for the perfect getaway. Not only is everything brand new, it's thoughtfully designed and laid out. The home has an open floor plan while still maintaining privacy. The front porch, fenced in backyard, and 3 season room were really nice added bonuses that we don't typically find in vacation rentals. Even on the one rainy day we had, we always felt like we had plenty of space. The furniture is very comfortable and the amenities make for a really relaxing, stress-free vacation.

The location is also great—quick trips to the grocery store, beaches, parks, and downtown. The owners couldn't have been more accommodating. They ensured everything went smoothly. We can't wait to come back! show more show less

We were so happy to stay at this lovely home! It is brand new and very well-appointed, beautifully and simply decorated (in the best way—no clutter) and nicely located. We just wish we had longer and better weather to enjoy the lovely back porch and patio/grille, but the inside is so fresh and spacious that we never felt trapped. The owners are also lovely and super accommodating and helpful!

We LOVED staying here! Beautifully designed and furnished home with everything you need. The living areas are luxurious yet comfortable, the kitchen is well-appointed, the sun room is a great space for coffee, cocktails and a good book. Bedrooms are super comfortable. Lovely town, nearby nice beaches, close to both the Shining Sea and Cape Cod Canal bike trails. These hosts have created a wonderful space for your next getaway!
