We have vacationed at our friends house in Cape Cod for several years and fell in love with the town of Falmouth, not just for its great beaches but the community spirit, great bike trails and fantastic selection of quality restaurants.

We have travelled extensively as a family throughout Europe, Asia and North America and as much as we have enjoyed all the places we have visited, Falmouth is the one place where we have been able to have a balance of activities and relaxation. Having a clean, safe space to connect and gather as a family throughout the day is very important to us and we hope that Pinecrest offers you the same experience.

What is special about this property?
We have been looking at properties in Falmouth for 5+ years. We fell in love with Pinecrest for its view and access to Round Pond, proximity to Jenkins Pond- a private association beach, and it's quiet residential street. The circular drive can accommodate 4 cars.

The house is a ranch on one level with an open floor plan. We installed a new kitchen with all new appliances, had the house repainted and installed a new HVAC system which provides central AC in 2022. All the furniture including bed mattresses are new. We wanted to make sure our guests stay is as comfortable as their home.

What is special about your town?
Falmouth has a number of beautiful public beaches and our property backs onto Round Pond and also within 2 minutes walk to Jenkins Pond - a private association beach where you can swim or kayak. Other attractions the area offer are:- 1) the Shining Sea Bikeway, a 10.7 miles across an ancient coastal plain through woodlands, salt marshes, fresh and salt ponds, seascapes and a busy harbor. It's the only bike way on Cape Cod that's has a section along the seashore; 2) The Knob, a hidden gem where you can view the sunset over Buzzards Bay; 3) Nobska Light House; 4) Ferry from Woods Hole to Martha's Vineyard; 5) Spurs Garden.

A vacation would not be a vacation without great food. Falmouth and Woods Hole offers a variety of high quality restaurants - Italian, French, Greek, Mexican etc and they will not disappoint. A visit to the French bakery on Main St is also a must in your visit. Alternatively, start up the bbq and enjoy your meal in the backyard patio dining table looking out to Round Pond.
