The crowds are gone, but it is still mild enough to enjoy all the outdoor activities that the Falmouth has to offer. Enjoy a day at the beach, bike ride on the Shining Sea Bike Trail, or a hike out to the Knob!

Enjoy all the fantastic restaurants around Falmouth without the long summer waits!

Enjoy the spacious, private, fenced in backyard with plenty of room for kids to play safely while enjoying a BBQ on the gas grill. The kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances, seating area for 6 with a slider leading out to the backyard. The living area is off the dining area has comfortable sectional and recliner with 70'' smart TV for those relaxing nights. Very open and comfortable home.

House features first floor living with one King bed, one Queen bed & 4 bunk beds, two full baths and an outdoor shower.

Secluded beach access to Great Pond is only a 5 minute walk from the house, where you can kayak, swim and sit on the small beach area.

Close proximity to Downtown Falmouth (1.7 miles) where you can enjoy shopping, dining at great restaurants, ice cream, Cape Cod League Baseball games and much more fun for the entire family.

Amenities include gas grill & firepit, ping pong and foosball table in garage (Pics coming soon)

    Beautiful, spacious and very clean rental home on the Cape!

    We appreciated every detail this home had to offer! they thought of everything to make your vacation so enjoyable! Many extras that we haven't found before including beach themed cups/plates/napkins. We loved the neighborhood - taking walks were very enjoyable! Our little one played in the water at Great Pond, a very short walk. We had a lot of fun playing croquet in the backyard and listening to music outside. the backyard speakers were so easy to use with bluetooth from your phone! Great feature!! this home is so gorgeous, spacious and very clean! Highly recommend! show more show less

    A wonderful family home!

    This is our second year at this Cozy Cape House. It is a delight in every way. Located in a quiet, walkable neighborhood it is close proximity Great Pond, and an easy ride to Falmouth beaches and downtown. The owner has equipped this home with family in mind. From the lovely deck, patio and yard, to the game room garage, and a family room with books, games and movies, there is something for everyone. This home is comfortably and beautifully furnished and the kitchen is well appointed. We enjoyed every bit of our time at the Cozy Cape House and look forward to next year! show more show less
