Create wonderful memories at this Cape Cod retreat. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Cape Cod home is only a few minutes walk to beautiful Old Silver Beach. Old Silver Beach is famous for warm water, sand bars, and brilliant sunsets. The beach is located next to the Seacrest Resort where you can enjoy dinner and drinks. There is also a snack bar, showers, and bathrooms.

This home is located close to Shining Sea Bikeway, which is a 10 mile bike path to Woods Hole. In ten minutes, you can be at the ferry for Martha's Vineyard or in downtown Falmouth. Falmouth has a charming downtown with restaurants, clothing boutiques, a spa, and gift shops.

Joy and Abundance is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood. The home is private, adjacent to conservation land. There is a deck with chairs and a grill off of the kitchen. Additionally, a patio sits off of the master bedroom with a table, chairs, and chaise. A new outdoor shower with a changing room is next to the patio.

There is a spacious first-floor master bedroom with a full bath, a king bed, and desk area for working remotely. All of the beds have new hybrid mattresses. This master bedroom is down the hall from a half bathroom, as well as the kitchen, dining room, and relaxing living room. The kitchen has all new appliances and is stocked with the essentials. The dining area has a table that can comfortably seat 12 for family dinners.

The downstairs living room has a TV and games with comfortable seating for movies and conversation after a great day exploring Cape Cod. On the second floor, there is a second master bedroom with a king bed and walk in closet, a bedroom with 2 twin beds, a sitting area with a second TV and a queen pull-out with a memory foam mattress, a full bath and a loft view of the kitchen.

    Quiet, Tranquil, Perfect Location!

    This is our 2nd year visiting this lovely vacation home. We love the quiet neighborhood and are at the end of a beautiful cul-de-sac. The location is perfect, near the beach, close to shopping and some great restaurants. There has been some lovely improvements since last summer. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need for cooking out or eating in. There is a deck just outside the kitchen where we enjoyed our morning coffee and a patio with plenty of seating for the family. Susan is a great host!     We love this house!

    We loved this property! It is at the end of a quiet street so there is no traffic or noise. The inside is so bright and welcoming with plenty of places to hang out and relax. Even though it is in a quiet location it is close to the beach and the center of town. So many places to shop and eat. We visited Mashpee and Falmouth on our trip.
    Our favorite place to hang out was on the patio off the master bedroom.
    The house is not only adorable but so clean and inviting. Susan was lovely to work. Made the process easy and was always available.
    Would stay here again and again!

    Loved this house

    Hi, we loved our stay at this house. It was clean and comfortable and close to two beaches we love. Beds were great, kitchen had wonderful cooking equipment, lots of flatware, lovely plates, glasses etc. Loved the outdoor shower!
    I would highly recommend it and plan to rent this house again next summer.
    Susan always got back to me quickly with answers to any questions.

    Relaxation and fun family vacation

    We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun vacation on Cape Cod! The house is beautiful and has many different areas for hanging out and relaxing, both indoors and out. All the rooms are large and have plenty of seating to accommodate many people. The bedrooms are very roomy, and the beds are extremely comfortable. Close enough to walk to Old Silver Beach in just a few minutes, which was amazing. Also a short drive to downtown! We love to cook, so a large kitchen that has everything you could possibly need, plus a large dining table, led to some great family dinners. As a nice surprise we were left a lovely welcoming basket that made the first night special as we settled in. Our family had a wonderful time!!! We will definitely rent again. Susan is a pleasure to work with as well and responds quickly!

    New Favorite Cape Home!

    What a great vacation we had! The house was very comfortable and we felt very at home during our one-week stay last summer. Susan was an amazing host and the house was a great space inside and out. The outside patio area provided plenty of space for family dinners and was ideal for enjoying the cool evenings down the Cape. We loved the convenient walk to Old Silver Beach to watch the sunset (awesome views!!). The location was only a short drive from Downtown Falmouth, so we were easily able to spend the afternoon exploring the area and enjoying all of the restaurants and shops in that area.     An Adorable House- Wonderful Host

    What a perfectly peaceful- adorable house! It was so clean and had the most wonderful beach theme! We loved how quiet and peaceful it was. We sat out on the patio and deck at night which was perfect!
    Plenty of space for everyone and the owner thought of everything!
    She also responded quickly to every question and was lovely to work with. We have done many vacation rentals and this is one we will do again! Thank you!

    A Beautiful Oasis

    What a great vacation home!! The property is immaculate and the location could not be more perfect! The owner has provided everything we could possibly require in a well equipped kitchen with a variety of small appliances. The bedrooms were lovely and the beds were very comfortable. My daughters and I loved the area which is close to beaches and wonderful restaurants. Downtown Falmouth was a great place to spend the day shopping where we found our favorite pastry shop. At the end of the day, we looked forward coming back to our home where we felt so cozy. We are looking forward to visiting again soon! show more show less

    I have rented on the cape for 20 years. Every summer my parents, siblings, nieces and nephews enjoyed a week together down the cape. These are really some of my fondest memories. Playing card games, watching movies having big meals at the table, all together. When the pandemic hit, it was hard to find a property on the cape.
    So, I purchased this home in Falmouth. I named it Joy and Abundance because of my good fortune to have wonderful family and friends with which to share my home.

    What is special about this property?
    My hope is to have created a space that is relaxing and where other families enjoy the people that they love and make memories.


    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth has an extensive waterfront. The beaches, ponds and coves are beautiful. There are 2500 acres of conservation land in Falmouth with trails. The Shining Sea bike trail runs almost 11 miles through Falmouth. It is a perfect place for outdoor living and exploration.
    And when, you need some time off the beach or trails, there is the downtown with shops and restaurants.
    The best of both worlds.
