Loved our stay here. We were looking for a quiet escape to celebrate a milestone birthday and this was perfect. Very clean and nicely appointed. The house had all the necessities for a perfect stay and more. We took walks to the private beach with our chairs to watch the amazing sunsets. Short drive to town and bigger beaches. Depending on weather forecast, suggest purchasing a beach pass for the week which can be picked up at Surf Drive Beach.
The outside covered area was a perfect place to read and relax and listen to the rain. The owner was also very prompt getting back to us with any questions we had. Hoping to have the opportunity to return! show more show less

We loved our stay at this charming Cape! Very relaxing and quiet neighborhood but close to Woods Hole and easy drive to downtown Falmouth and surrounding restaurants/shops. The kitchen is brand new and had everything we needed to cook any meal. We will definitely return!

Our family has been renting homes on the Cape for the past 15 years, and this home in Falmouth is now one of our favorites! Clean is our top priority, and this home was spotless. The decor was gorgeous and makes me want to go home and give my own house a magazine-worthy coastal makeover. The kitchen was beautiful and well stocked and the beds were so comfortable. Our favorite part of staying in this house is that we could wake up each day and either take a short drive to one of the awesome Falmouth beaches (Wood Neck, Old Silver, etc.) - or we could just stroll down the road to a quiet, postcard-perfect, little slice of paradise at Gunning Point. Our kids swam for hours while we sat in chairs on the shore. I'm already excited to book our stay here for next summer! show more show less

This home was a perfect stay for our family! The beautiful, private location is within easy walking access to a private beach as well as a close drive (>1mi.) to a public beach. The private beach has calm, warm water on Buzzards Bay and is great for swimming and paddle boarding. The house is very clean, modern and well appointed with a pretty beach vibe to the decor. The brand new, high end kitchen is gorgeous and there's a large outdoor table, patio area and grill for outdoor meals and hanging out after a day at the beach. Downtown Falmouth as well as multiple restaurants are a short drive away. I highly recommend this property for a Cape Cod vacation! show more show less

Its a great location with a great host who was easy to communicate with. The house is well equipped with all the amenities. Loved the updates!! Its super clean with a lovely outdoor space to lounge and grill. So close to the beach too. We would definitely recommend a stay here!!

Your home was clean and comfortable with all that we needed for our retreat. We enjoyed the privacy and the outdoor living/dining area. The location walkable to the beach and a short drive to downtown Falmouth makes this home a perfect place.

Perfect vacation home located in the lovely town of Falmouth. Five minute walk to a private beach, ten minute car ride to downtown with plenty of shopping and restaurants. House is clean and fully furnished and excellent functional kitchen. Plenty of outdoor space with room for families to relax and children to play. House has three bedrooms and two full baths. Highly recommend!
