Our family aged 76 to 11 loved everything about this spot. The location is amazing! You can see water from every side of the house. The use of a close by private beach was a bonus. The beach was beautiful and the kids could ride their bikes back and forth. We all love to walk and the proximity to many Falmouth top spots was nice. The house is open and comfortable. The central air is great, but with the sea breeze we enjoyed the deck at night. Will was wonderful to work with and was quick to answer all questions. Our family of 8 adults & several pets had a tremendous week. The views from the dining are & living room are great and the access to the beach and Great Pond for kayaking can't be beat.

Great house in perfect location. Plenty of room with nice views and amenities. My three children and their significant others, my sister and husband all stayed the week comfortably. We entertained local quests, rode bikes, ate out at a nearby restaurant. On a rainy day we went bowling a couple towns away. The company makes the vacation but the home really added to the experience. Looking forward to another visit!

Our family stayed a week at the house, fantastic location, clean, well equiped, great access to private beach. Owner was easy to work with. We hope to return next year! It's truly a gem location!

Definitely recommend this as your next destination spot in the Cape.

- 4 minute walk to quiet beaches, and a gorrrgeous view of the pond too!
- Comfortable beds and easy check in/check out process
- Will is very easy to work with! We were having an issue with the garbage disposal and it was fixed within 30 minutes
- The BEST toilet any of us had ever used ever

There were 10 of us and we would love to stay here again!

Family trip with 10 people (ranging in age from 19 to 92) and 2 dogs. We had a great time. The house worked out very well. Great location, the place was immaculate and well stocked. The neighbors are friendly which was good with the dogs. Lots of places to walk and bike.
