    Incredible!

Lauren is incredible. Her home is incredible. The location and the views are incredible. Despite a near-solid week of rain or gray skies, we still felt we were incredibly lucky to be in Teaticket at Lauren's home inches from Great Bay Street.
We had no complaints - none - only raves! The house was immaculate (nicer than our own), the kitchen was huge and modern (nicer than our own), the bedrooms were spacious, cozy, and comfortable, and there were 3 separate areas to sit around and do whatever you wanted: talk, read, watch tv, or take in the air and scenery. The bathrooms were plentiful and the washer and drier (nicer than our own) worked! Beaches and beauty galore within spitting distance in all directions. Eateries on every corner offering diverse dialects and menues.
In short, this is an incredible rental; I envy the traveling nurse who stayed here for 3 months. We have already booked for next year.
    Thanks Lauren!

    Wonderful Falmouth location!

We had a great week at this lovely home; the walking path is a hidden gem of the Cape! Beaches within bike or walking distance, as well as a quick drive to many grocery stores. We had a nice day trip to MV with 2 different ferry locations to choose from (Woods Hole is so close!) Biked the back way to Bad Martha's Brewery, only 5.3 miles away; their pizza is really good! Falmouth baseball also nearby and fun to see a game. Lauren was great to work with and the neighborhood is quiet and safe! The home has everything you need! show more show less

Lovely home in an amazing location!!

Everything was as perfect as it seemed online! My dog and I stayed at Lauren's for 3 months while I was on an assignment as a travel nurse at a nearby hospital and we absolutely loved our stay!! The house is absolutely lovely and in such an incredible location! I always felt safe in the area and loved our early morning walks along the bay and to the beach. It was quiet and peaceful. Lauren and John were such wonderful hosts!! They were always pleasant to work with, responsive, went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed and that my stay was comfortable/memorable. Lauren also gave me excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help since I had never been to the Cape before. I can't say enough great things about my experience! I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Thank you Lauren and John for such a wonderful stay!! I will definitely be back! ??

    Wonderful vacation spot!

We have been to the Cape many times but never really spent much time on the Upper Cape. This place was a real treat, and we just loved the area.

The house is in a wonderful location on a quiet dead end street a few steps from lovely Great Pond. During the day, we enjoyed the quiet private beach, and in the evenings we loved walking the path along the pond and watching the osprey hunt for their dinners or enjoying a cocktail with a spectacular view. The ocean beaches are a short bike ride or 20-minute walk away, or 3 minutes by car.

The house is bright and spacious, with an open floor plan, a fabulous well-stocked kitchen, and very comfortable furniture for lounging about. Everything was incredibly clean and well maintained.

Lauren, the owner, was very responsive and had great suggestions for places to eat and things to do, many of which we followed and thoroughly enjoyed. We had a fantastic time and look forward to visiting again!

    Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful family vacation here. It was such a perfect place to be with two young children. We enjoyed the close proximity to beaches. The kids loved not only playing in the yard but also the road; which was totally safe as it is a dead end. We loved having 2 different TV areas after a long day outside so everyone could have their own areas to relax. The kitchen was fantastic and fully stocked with everything that you could possibly need. There is a great running path, and little private beach. The biggest bonus for my children was all of the dogs! All of the neighbors and passerbys seemed to have dogs and were kind enough to let my children pet them. We pet ALL of the dogs. It was a great vacation with everything we needed! show more show less

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation!

The house was as pictured and described, inviting, clean, and comfortable with plenty of natural light. It was well-equipped with everything we needed for our stay and more.
We especially enjoyed relaxing on the porch watching the sun glistening on the water and walking on the path along the water just steps from the house. Lauren was a terrific host, very responsive and helpful with many recommendations. We'd definitely stay again.

Great place to stay in Falmouth!

This was our first time in Falmouth and we had a great time. The house was perfect for my family of 4 (2 kids aged 4 and 6), recently renovated and clean, located at the end of a quiet street next to the water. The kitchen was the best equipped of all the rentals we have been to. Shops, restaurants, grocery stores are a 5 minute drive or less which is very convenient. There is a great walking path along the water and beaches are just a short trip by car. Our favorites were Old Silver Beach and Stony Beach.

Overall, we had a perfect stay and would definitely want to stay there again next time we are in Falmouth. Great, prompt communication with the owner, Lauren. Thank you!!!

    Fantastic House!

What a wonderful week my family and I had in this delightful house in Falmouth.
The house is pristine. It was exceptionally clean and well furnished. The owners went to great lengths to make sure anything we could possibly need would be there. The kitchen was loaded with everything we needed.

The location of the house is outstanding. It is a very short distance away from grocery, dining, shopping, etc. Yet the neighborhood is quiet and out of the way. There is no traffic on the street. It is a peaceful and serene setting.

The pathway on Great Bay is next to the house. We walked it every day. The view of the water is beautiful!

I highly recommend this house to couples, families or singles. It is a rare treat!

    One of our favorite vacations!

Our family of 4 had the absolute best time at this lovely home on the cove in Falmouth! It is a very family-friendly, safe little area. Almost completely renovated with a very thoughtful design and room for more guests, as our children were going to bring friends. Home furnishings are all new, fresh, relaxing with a slight taste of nautical. The kitchen is lovely!!

And THE VIEWS…on the cove…oh my goodness! So nice to sit with morning coffee or an evening cocktail. Fully stocked kitchen with all the tools for a seafood extravaganza we had one night after picking up fresh catch from The Clam Man. Great large TV for watching movies at night.

We enjoyed the cove, short bike rides to the beach and the little village of Falmouth. There is a fabulous trail for walking, running and biking right along the cove all the way to the beach. You must try Maison Villatte - authentic French Bakery and Anejo for gourmet Mexican. Easy day trip to Martha's Vineyard- we rented scooters and toured the island. The homeowner was especially great to work with.

Truly one of our family's favorite vacations!

    Lovely stay on Cape Cod

Lauren, We've had a wonderful and relaxing stay and met some of the very friendly neighbors.  The house furnishing is simple but lovely, exactly to our tastes. The neighborhood is beautiful and the ocean beach water is surprisingly warm for July!

I expected more rain this week, but the weather has been beautiful.  Some warm days/nights, but the ceiling fan works well and we much prefer that to air-conditioning, though it is very nice to have the air conditioning for the really hot nights.

We hit the sweet spot of both relaxation and exercise. The scenic walking trail is so convenient and an excellent way to stroll to the beach. When we were feeling more energetic, we got out for bike rides. Otherwise, just hanging out at the house was very pleasant and relaxing. An excellent vacation!
