The ground floor includes an entry reception, dining room, kitchen with laundry/half bath, and large family room. Front Porch allows for enjoyment of Snug Harbor views all day long & viewing of the sunset.

Beside the Shining Sea Bikeway path (10.7 miles long), which allows for beautiful scenic cycles & an easy cycle to Woods Hole (circa 7 miles) for access to the ferries to Martha's Vineyard.
Easy access (circa 1 mile) to both Old Silver Beach and Chapaquoit Beach. Walking distance to West Falmouth Market for all your grocery essentials.
Linens, Towels, household cleaning products will be supplied. Kitchen stocked with utensils, cutlery, dishware, glassware and pots/pans. Outdoor grill and seating supplied. Outdoor shower also in place.
House is currently being refreshed, painted white interior with new furnishings & new kitchen area (will be complete for end of June season start, new photos will be added once complete).

    A wonderful home with great amenities and a great location for biking, boating & beaching it. The shining sea bike path is just around the corner. Spend the day in Woods Hole and then head back to the house for a spectacular sunset! Loved it so much booked again for next year! Thanks

    We had a really wonderful stay at Elaine and Dennis' home in West Falmouth. The house was full of charm, beautiful decor, really clean, and fully stocked, even had an espresso machine!

    We really enjoyed the location, especially the proximity to the harbor, as we were able to paddle around Snug in the mornings, and walk the Shining Sea bike path in the afternoons. We loved getting food and drinks at the famous West Falmouth Market. The sunsets from nearby Chappy beach were a vacation highlight. We can't wait to come stay at Elaine's house again! show more show less

    We are recent Owners to the West Falmouth town on Cape Cod and love this quintessential cape cod home.
    It has Snug harbor views and easy access to beaches, Bike Path, ferries in woods hole and a whole lot more.

    Snug Harbor Views and Access! The views never get old.

    What is special about your town?
    West Falmouth is easily accessible once over the bridge to Cape Cod. It is close to Woods Hole for ferry access to Marthas Vineyard, a definite favorite place to visit. It is minutes away from the Shining Bike Path & to local beaches of Chappaquoit & Old Silver. There is direct access to Snug Harbor for canoeing, kayaking & paddle boarding.
