    Wonderful summer vacation

    We just returned from a two week vacation with family and friends and had a wonderful time (and weather too!!). The location is close to the beaches, shopping and restaurants. We did kayaking and paddle boarding at Great Bay Pond right down the road. John was very responsive when I had questions. We are looking forward to going back again next summer!

    Great house in Maravista area. Close to town and short walk to the harbor. Perfect for 2 families, had everything we needed. Outdoor fire pit perfect for smores and outdoor shower great after a long day at the beach. Owners very responsive and checked in to make certain we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend this home.

    Beautiful Falmouth Home

    Our family loved staying at this beautiful home! There are so many things we love about this home - charming curb appeal with window flower boxes, outdoor shower, kayaks, quiet neighborhood, sunroom, cozy decor, etc. Home was clean, hosts were lovely, and the location is ideal. Our family would definitely stay here again!

    We have owned this property since 2014 and have been renting for the last couple of years. We have many repeat renters.
    The house is located on a quit street off of Maravista Ave in East Falmouth/Teaticket area. We are 1 mile from Bristol beach, Falmouth Heights beach and a 5 min walk to Great Pond where you can kayak, swim or just sit and enjoy the beautiful views while enjoying the Sun. Short drive to downtown Falmouth to take in the many restaurants and shops. Very close to Shaws , Stop & Shop, Walmart and more.

    What is special about this property?
    We love to sit in the sunroom with our coffee and listen to the birds. It is so relaxing and the neighbors are wonderful.

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth is a quaint little town that has so much to offer. Great restaurants and shops there is something for everyone and the beaches are beautiful.
