My family has been living in this incredible community neighborhood for over 50 years... first as a 7 yr old boy visiting with his parents every summer. During that time, my Dad's love of flying took us to Otis Air Base nearby to watch the flight demonstration teams (Blue Angels and Thunderbirds). This had a profound impact on my life as it influenced me to attend the Naval Academy and become a Navy Carrier pilot. My wife and I took a risk and bought our first home while engaged as a young couple in 1990. We continued to spend summers there every year from then on... first the two of us then adding our two sons. We made this journey every year notwithstanding the fact that work took us to Minnesota where we lived for nearly 25 years. Most of our family now lives in the neighborhood. My wife and I are active in the community and enjoy friendships with many of the tremendous friends we have in the neighborhood.

What is special about this property?
You will feel right at home in this newly decorated cottage. Enjoy long walks, kayak paddles or a dip in either the ocean or the association pool. Treat yourself to dinner a few blocks away on the deck or in the beautiful dining room of the clubhouse located at the southern end of the peninsula, while enjoying the western sunset views.

Everyone loves renting this beach cottage and the access to so many activities right out the front door. Access to public beaches and restaurants is an easy drive from this centrally located location. The only complaint we hear of about this property is that your vacation will fly by and you won't believe it is over...:)
