Our home has two levels - downstairs you will find central A/C, modern kitchen w/ granite bar/countertop and brand new Whirlpool kitchen appliances, filtered water and ice. A primary bedroom downstairs with an adjacent bathroom featuring walk-in shower with a seat. WiFi available upon request (mobile hot-spot) as this is a seasonal home, we do not supply cable television or WiFi.

Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms total, 1 w/ queen bed, adjacent to a medium size room with a crib and a twin bed. These two rooms share window air-conditioning units. The last bedroom upstairs contains a full bed and pull-out sofa if need-be to host a guest for a night or two. Ceiling fans operate in each room.

Amenities include laundry in basement, a fully stocked kitchen with silverware, plates, pots, etc. - fresh coffee, coffee maker, BBQ grille on private patio (w/spare propane tank) (4) beach chairs, a bicycle and pull-cart to tow you belongings to the beach. Or simply walk down the sidewalk of Curley Blvd 3/4 mile past Sea Crest Hotel to reach the public beach. There are also 8 other beaches in the Town of Falmouth.

— We provide linens, bath towels / beach towels for the # of occupants — Also, due to Covid-19, cleaning products cannot be brought in from the outside. There is an abundance of cleaning supplies that our private cleaners use with glove and mask to prepare the home which you are also welcome to use and clean-up after yourself. All pillow protectors, mattress pad covers and duvet covers are laundered for your stay.

Cleaning fee is $400 as we pay our cleaners a living wage and varies based on availability. (both short and long term rentals are subject to the Cleaning Fee).
