This home is a treasure! You'll find everything you could possibly need, all nestled in this adorable Cape rental! Super clean and spacious, with a wraparound deck, outdoor shower and easy access to the beach!

We spent every morning on the sunny porch in the white rockers, while sipping coffee and chit chatting. It was wonderful! Plenty of thoughtful touches throughout; including cozy linens, beach towels, a/c, washer/dryer and excellent wifi! Having the option to walk to the beach whenever we felt like it is the best part of this home's location! I experienced so much joy with my friends here, it just can't be measured! Also kind neighbors! And a peaceful, quiet neighborhood!

Loved spending time on the upstairs deck, listening to the sweet birds sing! But more importantly was my top-notch experience with thoughtful Julie! She is a gracious owner who cares deeply for her home… and it shows!

The entire experience dealing with Julie and this rental was fantastic. Julie certainly went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect for our girls weekend. The house is in a great area, walking distance to everything, beach, shops, MV ferry and restaurants. The house itself had all the comforts of home...plus!

We would not only recommend this home but we are hoping to make it an annual event!

The house is bright, clean and modern with hardwood floors throughout. Each room is climate controlled. Beds and linens were good quality. The kitchen is well equipped. We cooked several large meals using the stove as well as the gas grill on the back porch.

There was plenty of room for our party of eight (two families of four). There is even a second, smaller living room that is perfect for younger children to congregate while still in view through a glass door.
/>Outside the house there is a wonderful wraparound covered porch that surrounds 3 sides. We spent many afternoons and evenings relaxing there after returning from the beach and rinsing off in the outdoor shower. There is also a roof deck accessible through one of the bedrooms that was ideal for early morning reading and meditation.

Location was great. Falmouth Heights beach is close by and a leisurely 5 minute walk from the house. There are even some beach chairs and toys in the basement. There is also a saltwater pond nearby that we enjoyed walking around and watching the swans.

We brought our bikes and stored them securely in the shed. It is a quick bike trip to Main Street, the Shining Sea Bikeway and beyond.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this property and would not hesitate to recommend to others. Can't wait to come back! show more show less

Great house! Great location! Great host!

Lovely Cape Cod beach house oozing character and charm, plus all the modern updates. Equipped with everything you could need...beach chairs, beach towels, new washer/dryer, outdoor shower, fully equipped kitchen. All the bedrooms have super comfortable mattresses and linens. The house is tidy, clean, and decorated so well. We spent plenty of time enjoying the wraparound porch, equipped with plenty of rocking chairs and an outdoor dining table. The beach is just a short walk. Great sunrise and sunset views. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Julie was extremely thoughtful, gracious and communicative. An A+ host!
