What can we say about how wonderful this home was. That the location was great, that the home was clean, spacious, and comfy, or that the double lot yard was beautiful. All of the above. Oh, how about the price being pretty reasonable for end of season. And well-behaved Fido is welcome! If you are looking for a vacation rental that you and the family can come back to year after year, then this is your place….hands down. The owner Roger was friendly and helpful.

My family and I have rented in Falmouth for the past 5 years, and this is our favorite home. It is setup with a bedroom on the first floor for anyone that isn't able to do stairs, plus a den with a futon. Then, the second floor has two bedrooms and another bathroom.
The indoor and outdoor family space is perfect for gathering together for dinner/games. We often cook in on vacation, and the kitchen had everything we needed. (Yet, the location is close to restaurants for the nights we didn't want to cook.) The home is clean, and bright. Roger is fabulous to work with!
The area is lovely, and was great for going for walks and is about 1.2 miles from the beach.

My family and I had a wonderful vacation at this well appointed home in Falmouth! The house was clean, very comfortable and located on a quiet street with beautiful landscaping! The amenities were plentiful and the location was great, near numerous beaches, downtown and shopping. The listing description was totally accurate! We loved the house so much that we are renting again next summer. Roger's communication is excellent. He is also very detail oriented, which contributes to a pleasant experience. show more show less

My family and I, including our Cockapoo, had the pleasure of staying at this home over the weekend. The home itself is located on a quiet street, is clean, and spacious with all the amenities needed. The home gives off a feeling of comfort, as if you were in your own home. There was more than enough room for our family of six to not feel crowded, even with the family dog running around inside. The backyard with a furnished patio, and a well-kept yard, was great for an evening gathering with the whole family.

This home is located in an area that has the small-town feeling, without being isolated. The local area had all we could ask for, from small shops, local restaurants, to big chain stores and restaurants. Our family favorite, was a trip to Woods Hole, which is a short fifteen-minute drive away, which was enjoyable even on a cool mid-October day.

The owner Roger, was a pleasure to work with, he was friendly, professional, and highly informative, offering assistance if anything was needed. The overall experience was superb, we will definitely return in the future. show more show less

Everyone in my family really enjoyed our week-long stay at this home in Falmouth! It was a perfect September getaway at the Cape, after the summer crowds had gone. It was close to the beach and the town, the yard was large, and the house was clean and comfortable. There was lots of room to hang out all together, with plenty of private spaces to read, relax or work remotely. Roger was friendly, responsive and easy to work with. We are already planning our return trip next year!

We rented this home for two weeks in Sept 2021. First, location was great! One mile from the beach, just blocks from Great Pond and a wonderful walking path, and minutes drive to downtown Falmouth with great shopping and dining. The house came even better than advertised with four decent sized bedrooms, a fully functional kitchen and eat in area and a living room. But the great surprise was the addition to the house (on an extra large lot btw)! Huge dining table for large groups as well as a big family room with large screen TV for entertaining. Plus a great backyard and side yard that gave plenty of room for outdoor gathering and bbqs.

Home was clean and in great shape and Roger was outstanding to deal with - very responsive, and checked in on us often to be sure we had everything we needed. Will definitely rent this again! show more show less

We just returned from our second stay at this wonderful home. We are already missing the large and private backyard. The house is extremely clean and spacious and has everything you can think of. Roger is so easy to work with and provides all the information you need for the area. This property is close to everything but set away enough to enjoy the quiet backyard. Looking forward to next year.

Our extended family spent a wonderful week at this home. Plenty of room for six people, comfortable beds, large dining area, beautiful big yard, numerous televisions, A/C kept us cool, convenient location for downtown and the beaches, nice quiet street. The landlord was professional, very helpful, and very kind. We had a great week! We hope to stay here again next summer.

We had the pleasure of staying in this home for a week in July 2019. It was everything we could have hoped for and much more. It had all the amenities we could ask for.

The back yard was very private and relaxing. The beach was a short bike ride away. The local restaurants are very good if you're not familiar with the area.

Roger was very accommodating and a phone call away if we needed him but we didn't.

I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a nice place in for a vacation as long as it's not the week we want next year. :)
