This was our first stay at this property. Enjoyed a beautiful week. Very private fenced in back yard, excellent for children. Love the outdoor shower. This lovely Cape home was perfect for our family of six. Location close to everything we enjoy about Falmouth. Homeowner very pleasant and easy to communicate with. Our week passed far too quickly!

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this beautiful home. This home is beautifully updated, clean and very comfortable with all the amenities. Great location with beaches, restaurants, shops & golf courses all nearby. Quiet neighborhood with a nice backyard and deck which was perfect for our morning coffee or cocktails after a great day at the beach or golf. Highly recommend and we are looking forward to our return in 2023.

I spent 2 weeks at this home in September, and everything about it was perfect. The home itself has everything you need for your stay. I enjoyed sitting on the deck and reading while my dog played in the yard.

It is in close proximity to Great Pond and I enjoyed daily walks there. My daughter and son in law also walked to Bristol Beach from the house. It is very close to downtown Falmouth, grocery stores, and Route 28.

This has been my favorite Cape Cod rental property and I hope to return again

My family spent a week at this Falmouth rental. We had an amazing week! The home is very clean, spacious and tastefully decorated. The backyard has a large deck great for entertaining or just relaxing with a book. There is a brand new outdoor shower and beautiful flowers surrounding the property. The home is stocked with everything you would need for your vacation. The location is perfect. It is close to the beaches, walking trails, dining and shopping. We can't wait to come back!

This was our second stay at this property. We love the location. The house is very comfortable and perfect for vacationing with our daughter and her family. The house is lovely and has everything you could want. The addition of the outside shower was awesome. The deck and yard are great and we spent a lot of time there. We enjoyed the proximity of the beach and walking paths. The homeowner is very responsive to any questions.

We had a wonderful time at this rental in Falmouth. The house is a perfect location. We really enjoyed walking to the small beach area at Great Pond. This was a perfect place for swimming for our 4 year old. We loved walking the path along Great Pond and walking up Maravista. The house is close to town and shopping.

The layout of the house works well, especially with multiple families staying together since two bedrooms are up and two are down. The outdoor shower is beautiful. The yard is fenced in making it ideal for young kids and dogs. I highly recommend this rental for a Cape vacation! show more show less

Great house for a family plenty of room great neighborhood. Nearby to everything. Beautiful Cliff walk and beaches in walking distance. Owners available for any questions or concerns. Rented for 2 weeks and they went by too fast. We recommend.

Our family of five rented this adorable, classic Cape Cod home for two weeks in August. The home is very clean and well-appointed with everything you could possibly need to enjoy your vacation. A cute front garden as well as a fenced-in backyard with a wonderful deck were an added bonus. We also loved the location—just a short two block walk to the trail that runs along Great Pond. You can take in the gorgeous views while exercising in the morning or simply enjoying your morning coffee. It is also very convenient to the beach and Falmouth Mall which was great for grocery shopping, etc. The home owners were incredibly responsive and gracious hosts and we couldn't have asked for a better get-a-way. We had a wonderful week! Great location, convenient and yet quiet- beautiful walking trails just a block away. Very clean and well equipped house—had everything we needed.

We have rented for 17 years in Falmouth and this is my favorite place! The house is beautiful. It feels more like a home than a cottage. Brand new rugs, quilts, sheets, towels. All the beds had new mattress pads and bed skirts. The homeowner was wonderful and the location is incredible. We will be back for years to come.
