This is a lovely, well-maintained, and well-appointed house (everything from comfortable mattresses to good pots and pans!). The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful, and great for walking. Bays, ponds, and beaches are all close. The large back porch is perfect for family gatherings. Paula is a very responsive and friendly owner. We definitely recommend for anyone looking to enjoy the best of the Falmouth area.

If you are looking for the perfect home in the perfect location with the nicest owner…. Look no further ! Paula's house is n a level lot with a big paved driveway for four to six cars. It is a block away from the inlet on the ocean for canoeing, Kayaking and birdwatching. The area is quiet, level for long walks, beautifully maintained and minutes to downtown shopping, grocery stores, gas stations and excellent restaurants. Paula's home is perfect for two families or a couple with a first floor master with bath Plus a powder room and two huge bedrooms upstairs with a second full bath. Lots of storage, several TV's , tastefully decorated and has every amenity for a short or long stay. My husband and I rented for 9 months and they were some of the happiest ones we've experienced. Great Neighbors, helpful and kind. Paula was always available to assist or answer questions and is still a friend two years later. Level grassy yard, outdoor shower, basement storage, you couldn't ask for more!!! show more show less
