Weekly Rental (7 Night Minimum in Season) - Rate: $3950 per week in season * $100 Handling Fee (non-refundable) * $175 Cleaning Fee * Choice of $55 Vacation Rental Damage Fee (non-refundable) OR $1200 Security Deposit (refundable). Linens included. Owner will consider small dogs.
