There is a second family room on the second floor with a large leather sectional, oversized tv, working gas fireplace and water views...a wonderful relaxing spot after a day at the beach or pool.

Exterior:
Back deck is full length of house with seating all along railing, in addition to outdoor furniture, grill and table. Yard is half an acre and flat leading directly to private beach. Launch canoes, kayaks, paddle boards and small sail boats...fish or watch the quahog and clam diggers. Two kayaks and two paddleboards come with the house. Swim and play in the water...right from the privacy of the yard. Or, just have your morning coffee watching the water and birds. The bird estuary is directly adjacent to the property....

If you are there July 4...watch the famous Falmouth fireworks right from the deck.

Second small deck, accessible from both Main Bedroom 2 and the bottom deck is ideal for spectacular sun and views...
