The most beautiful sunsets are every night at the end of your street.

Falmouth Harbor is directly across the street, so take a day trip to Martha’s Vineyard via the Island Queen Ferry. Ride your bike over to and on the Shining Sea Bike Trail, walk to the Main Street gift shops and restaurants. Falmouth Heights Beach is four blocks away, 0.3miles. You are on the Falmouth Road Race course, mile marker 6.

    Fabulous home and great location!

    I can't say enough great things about this home! My family and I have been renting here every summer for the last 10 years. The home is clean, cute and cozy and met all of our needs. It is literally close to everything - the beach, the town and the Island Queen is just across the street. Day trips to the Vineyard are a breeze! Kevin and Colleen are the perfect hosts. We made great memories here!!

    My husband and I and our 3 children enjoyed an awesome week in this fabulous rental. The convenience of the property allowing us to walk to beach, bike ride to Woods Hole or jump on the Island Queen was the best! Ample parking and easy layout made it a relaxing, enjoyable vacation. Thank you!

    Great time AGAIN!

    I love this home and am so glad I found it. We find we can walk to the beach, the town and just stroll the streets too. It is quaint and all the basics are there. Additionally, I end up buying a new corkscrew each year - so they have more than one in the kitchen now. Kevin makes it all so easy. Love the backyard and BBQ'ing. Can't wait to do it again next year.

    We had a great week. The property was clean and nicely decorated, with a good grill, fire pit, and very comfortable beds. The nautical theme of the house instantly put us in vacation mode. The location was excellent! ...walking distance to the quaint town and the beach and right next to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. Easy access to bike rental place and nice bike trails to Woods Hole and North Falmouth.

    We spent a week in Falmouth during the Fall and enjoyed our stay immensely. Our three young children had a blast in the backyard playing in both the grassy yard and large driveway, which was safe because of being set behind the house. The house is so close to the beach that we were able to walk even with the young kids. Also, in walking distance was a large sports field for baseball, soccer & basketball games.

    The house was very clean, nicely furnished and decorated and well equipped with everything you need. And the owners were a pleasure to work with before, during & after our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect vacation.

    Wonderful Falmouth Visit

    Our family stay in Falmouth was wonderful! The location was great--nice walk to beach. The house was very comfortable--attractively "beach" decorated and spic-and-span clean. Short drive or walk to shopping and restaurants [yah, a Christmas Tree Shop!]. We would highly recommend this property, and would certainly stay here again.

    Nice house for a family!

    We stayed at this house for the last week of summer, and we really enjoyed it. It was very clean, and there was plenty of space for our family of 5. We loved having a private backyard for the kids to run around in, and there was a pool table in the basement (which we didn't use, but if our kids were older, I'm sure they would have). We found the location to be great - a nice walk to the beach, and Kevin had a beach wagon to haul all of our "stuff" which was very helpful. The town of Falmouth was lovely - lots of great places to eat and cute shops. We would rent the house again! show more show less

    Great Time

    We were happy to find this sweet home in Falmouth. Loved the location and the setting of this home. We like to walk most places and could get to the beach without a problem. We also took the ferry over to Martha's Vineyard one of the days and loved the ease of it. Hope to get a spot there next year.

    My wife Colleen and I have been renting our home for 11 summers. We do our best to take good care of the house and pride ourselves in giving people a nice clean home so that you can enjoy Falmouth and Martha's Vineyard while you are here.

    What is special about this property?
    We are uniquely situated super close to the Island Queen. Falmouth Heights Beach is only 3-4 city blocks away, 0.3miles. And Main Street stores and restaurants are 1 mile away. The street we are on is a great place to walk or run in the mornings and around sunset. You can see Martha's Vineyard from the end of our street. You'll love walking down to the Black Dog Heights Cafe for morning coffee and breakfast sandwiches, and then down to the Shipwrecked for a drink later at their outside tiki bar. We are so close that you will love to walk to the Raw Bar, The Boathouse, and the Flying Bridge for dinner and/or drinks.

    What is special about your town?
    Great beaches, beautiful views, and terrific food. Falmouth is a piece of paradise that I hope remains undiscovered from the masses for a long time. It's a place to really relax and kick back a bit. This town offers a lot for families to reconnect and find each other again. The kids love the beach, there are a few amusements on Main Street and there is a pretty good movie theater, when you need to do that as well.
