With a quick barefoot walk to the beach, this sunny, summer home features a large outdoor living space including a gas fire pit, wet bar, and a wood fired pizza oven! There is central air throughout, with a master bedroom suite on the first floor. This home has been recently renovated and has a total of five bedrooms, three full bathrooms and an outdoor shower. The home is close to the Shining Sea Bikeway, and is situated halfway  between the Woods Hole waterfront and bustling downtown Falmouth. The home is also walking distance to the Beebe Woods which offers hiking and walking trails and a fresh water pond with a rope swing!  Woodneck Beach features a special children's beach section including a lazy river for the kids to enjoy, and access to Little Sippiwissett marsh which is great for exploring sea creatures at low tide.  The home sleeps 10, with a king bed master suite on the first floor, along with another bedroom with a set of twin beds. The second floor contains two queen bedrooms and one bedroom with a set of twin beds. A beautiful home in which to make wonderful family summer vacation memories!

    This is a family home shared by generations! We hope your family can enjoy it and all the beauty the Sippewissett area of Falmouth has to offer.

    What is special about this property?
    Our home is a wonderful shared space. Plenty of room for gathering but also many separate places for privacy. The outdoor bar and fire pit area is a true gathering spot! Great kitchen, screened porch area and all of this with a walk to the beach!

    What is special about your town?
    Falmouth has great beaches, a wonderful bike path, a bustling downtown area and is easy to get to from anywhere in Eastern Massachusetts
