We've been vacationing on the Cape for over 15 years, and this is by far one of the best houses. Not only are you a few feet from the beach, but you also have a gorgeous well kept heated pool. The kids will love that they can play in the sand right above the pool area, and parents will love that they can actually lay out in the sun while the kids are having fun. It's the best of both worlds. The house has everything you need, open kitchen/living room area, bedrooms are situated so that you can easily have two families together. Upstairs bathroom is fantastic with a giant jacuzzi tub! Kids thought it was a mini pool! Owners are extremely responsive and friendly. If you're looking for a great Cape escape that is still close to all that Cape Cod has to offer, this is the house! show more show less

We've stayed at this lovely home two times and have enjoyed every moment! The location is perfect, especially for young children. Quick walk to the beach, enjoy until the little ones are sick of salt water, and then return for a refreshing dip in the pool . . . and then back to the beach! The home is just as attractive as it looks in the pictures, and it has a well-stocked kitchen. We never left for meals, and there is plenty of room for big family dinners. LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!! I rented this house last month with a group of women and loved it. We travel every year and couldn't have been happier. Most of our vacation was spent at the house. Not really a reason to leave it unless you wanted to walk to the beach. We cooked a lot of meals while there, and the kitchen was stocked with every little thing we needed. Also, the owners had left a note and a basket for us. Upon arrival we found the basket and note on the table, and it just was such a great start to our time away. It was such a nice touch and so thoughtful. Our group has rented many houses over the years and no other owner had done this for us. My family and I stayed for an extended weekend last year. Loved it. The house is larger than it looks--spacious, very comfortable, and, especially for a rental home, incredibly well-equipped. We ended up cooking (and baking!) quite a bit. Very clean and just so comfortable. Pretty bedrooms. Lots of games and toys for the kids.

We were pleased from the start: Tammy was very responsive to our inquiry, helpful with questions, she made us feel welcome, there was a bottle of wine waiting for us upon arrival. Nice, short walk to the beach for sunsets. Loved the pool, really pretty and such a treat to have a diving board! We enjoyed the marsh views from the decks and the living room--lots of shore birds.

Note that even the house is basically right at the beach parking lot (end of the road), cars drive FAST. We set up and appreciated their "kids at play" sign to alert drivers and slow them down.

El sol y La Luna is a property that will allow the stresses of daily life to disappear upon arrival... We have been to this property several times and each visit brings more enjoyment. The property is clean, well-equipped, comfortable, and perfectly situated on the Cape. We love the pool and hot tub. Nothing like waking up and having a cup of coffee in the tub and relaxing by the pool at midnight!! We love our Master Bedroom....large private deck to watch sunsets with a glass of wine!! Gorgeous sunset views! The Master bathroom has the largest jacuzzi tub I have ever seen.......They have a Bose system set up to pipe in music into the bathroom and it is wonderful! The owners are friendly, easy to communicate with and truly make you feel special upon arrival... I wont ruin the surprise Tammy!! show more show less
