Two wide sliders from the great room open onto a large rear deck for outdoor living. The screened porch is a great playroom for kids, and a hammock under the pine trees is a quiet place to read or daydream. A footpath through the woods leads to a private homeowners association beach.

The warm tides, soft sand and shallow water make the bay side beach perfect for swimming or relaxing at high tide, or beachcombing, sandcastle building or kite flying at low tide. Sunsets over the bay are spectular.
