This is the third year in a row we have stayed at Sue's house and we plan to go back again next year. The house is extremely comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths plus the outdoor shower. Sue is accommodating and very easy to work with before and during the stay. Thanks, Sue, for another year.

Sue was fair, honest, kind, extremely helpful, and highly responsive. She thought of everything and anticipated our needs. The home is surrounded by woods and offers plenty of privacy. I highly recommend Sue's home for your next vacation on the Cape.

Our family includes 2 teenagers and a mild mannered dog. We all enjoyed our vacation in this home last August. The house is clean, neat and organized. Sue has a binder full of places to eat and things to do and called to welcome us. We love the bay beaches as well as Wiley Park for a swim in the clean, warm pond. The outdoor shower is excellent for after the beach. In fact I used it every day! We definitely recommend this property.

We very much enjoyed our time here last week. The house was spacious yet cozy, and it was equipped with anything we could ever need or want. We especially enjoyed the privacy on the deck and the patio area. The location is perfect, just a few minutes from Coast Guard Beach and close to many other area attractions. We're looking forward to returning next year!

We had a great vacation and enjoyed this house! It was clean, modern and had everything we needed! Good thing we were there for 2 weeks because our first week didn't cooperate with too many beach days. The house had plenty to occupy us - puzzles, games, etc. My daughter and I took a morning walk to the beach every day while we were there, as well as a great neighborhood to walk the dog! Cooks Brook Beach is awesome and only a mile away - easy bike trip!! I highly recommend this home! Our family enjoys going to the Cape year after year, and each time we go we love staying at this rental. The house is in a great location (close to nearby beaches and other local attractions). The rental itself feels like a home away from home. It's very clean and organized and just a perfect place to stay. The homeowner (Sue) is so accommodating and easy to work with that it makes the process even easier.
